First I had Michelle A as my “server” or that’s what my receipt said. The women not only YELLED through the speaker but didn’t listen and was very rude. When I pulled up to the window she said nothing but held her hand out, turned away and then again no words just very aggressively handed me my bag and card with receipt.

First visit to this location. Meh. It was okay, the store is nice, and the staff is friendly, the food was okay, but they were fairly busy with people moving back for school. The beef was Angus Beef, and the Chicken was suppose to be spicey, and wasnt. Maybe try again when its less busy

Good food, but the staff has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. If you get a mobile order the staff will most likely leave you standing at the counter for an extra 5-10 minutes before asking what they can get for you. The amount of times I have placed a mobile order from this location just to have the staff seemingly ignore me while standing around is innumerous. I am no longer ordering from this location. (Not to mention the last time I got a medium drink they filled up half the cup and did not add ice).

Good food but really poor staff & customer service . I’m already paying extra $2.50 for walnut shrimp and stake and the server (Sherine C), gave me four shrimp with my order, when I asked to put more she said I will charge you another $1.25 if you want more.

I’m here at 3:00 pm. It seems like there not making all the menu items. You have to pick what’s there. NO chicken egg rolls at all. An when I ask if more were coming, “No” was all I received. This store has to do better, I’m disappointed
