First time here ordered on the app. Got steak nachos with inside pickup. The logistics and app process were flawless. The nachos were a little salty but in a good way of that makes sense. When I first grabbed the plate it seemed light but after eating it it’s a pretty good sized portion. Will definitely try again.

Drive through clerk seemed confused and slow. Ordered the steak fajita combo. Got 2 tacos with nothing on them and a luke warm “iced ” tea. No chips as stated on the receipt. They tried to give us a coke instead of tea.

They made a mistake on my order. I asked for the plate but they brought me one taco. They acted so hostile like how do I dare…also asked for a drink 3 times until the bothered to acknowledge that. Had to ask for the cup after I payed as they left to the kitchen and didn’t give me one. It was just me and 3 other guys that came in after me in the restaurant. Of course they served their food first and made me wait for mine…The attitude. Go eat somewhere else…This place is not worth it.

Understaffed. My second visit to Taco Cabana was below average. You won’t see any customers inside the building. The drive-thru is also vacant. It’s actually pretty sad to look at. I tried to order their new Gigante breakfast bowl in person, but I was ignored by the staff members. Despite its nostalgic atmosphere, this place reminds me of a bad break-up movie. The rejection was colder than the food. Definitely not my favorite Tex-Mex restaurant.

I ordered to go, they do make your food to order so it was hot and fresh. A bunch of employees were sitting around doing nothing in the front part of the restaurant. The place was not busy, but that’s not a good presentation.

The best fast food Tex-Mex around. It’s a regular stop for us. One of the few places we eat in rather than takeout. I guess that’s mainly due to the salsa bar.

I had Taco Tuesday July 11th and it was terrible. The refried beans were like soup, I don’t know what was going on with the rice but it was bad and the salsa tasted like they opened up a can of tomatoes. So disappointed I’ve had this many times.

Slow service but staff very busy and friendly. Salsa bar and tables kept clean. Fulfillment is strictly FIFO. If one orders Nachos only then be prepared to wait for an undue long period (20 mins our case) if the order is queued behind larger volume orders.

Could only order on the app. They never got the order, and I was sitting in the lobby when I ordered. The staff was friendly when they finally asked why I was there. Food came out about 10 minutes after that. It was correct and hot. Online or drive thru only.
