I went in and ordered three drinks two energy bombs and one raspberry mocha when I said that the raspberry mocha tasted awful they replaced it with energy bomb but made me pay for it. Then received an email from someone that worked there that said they did not see my transaction of purchase which I then took snapshot of charge. This place is a waste of time and a joke

I rate them a 1 only because they were open. I was rudely greeted with a “Whay do you want?” No Good Morning, No Hello, No Welcome to the Energy Spot. Wow!!! I asked if I could buy a bottle of aloe because I knocked my bottle over at home. She replied, “No, I don’t have any to sell to you, I only order enough for the store. She didn’t offer a website to order from. Poor customer service is an understatement!!! As a distributor from another area I’m sad that you treat customers with this way because I’m sure if you had of known I was a Distributor as well your demeanor would have been different.
