Pepper Farm Deli never disappoints. My favorite sandwich is the Bovine on sourdough. Their roast beef is 5 star and all the veggies are always super fresh. Beats anything the national deli’s serve. Try their flat breads, you won’t be disappointed. My recommendation for your next sandwich…Cheers!!

Grabbed quick lunch at Pepper Farm Deli in Santee today. It is located in a shopping mall with other businesses including Home Depot so there were ample parking. There were few tables inside the deli and covered outdoor seatings as well. Clean establishment and the upbeat music completed the nice vibe. This specialty deli has a big menu from breakfast, lunch to dinner. Kids menu too! Ordered a Cobb salad and the staff brought it out to me outdoor in less than 3 minutes. The portion was generous with fresh organic ingredients, and real bacon. The balsamic vinaigrette dressing was made in-house from scratch and it was so flavorful. Will come back to try the soup and hot sandwiches.

Now I know why people love this place, it is amazing! When we came inside of the store, it’s pretty small and food counter is also not big. I’m curious why so many people came in. The answer is the foods are soooooooo delicious! The sandwich we ordered is London Broil BBQ, I have to say I didn’t like roasted beef, but I love this one!! It probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had from a sandwich store. The cilantro Lime salad is amazing too, also one of the best salad ever. It took about 10 minutes for the foods to arrive, it’s a pretty long process time for a sandwich shop, but the waiting time is worthy! I really recommend. Also the people working here are very friendly.

Food was wonderful and always is. Today, they were clearly slammed and doing their best. Even when dealing with difficult customers you could tell the girl behind the counter was doing her best with limited staff even with people seeming to complain about the craziest stuff. We just found this jewel and went there two nights in a row so that we could try different items from their pretty extensive menu for a deli. The first night we had salads – the avocado salad with steak and the beet and goat cheese salad with chicken. The salads were awesome! One of the best beet and goat cheese salads I’ve ever had. They don’t skimp on ingredients. Lots of beets, goat cheese, walnuts and yummy dressing. The second night we had hot sandwiches. The burger and the chicken club plus ordered the skillet potatoes and had strawberry cheesecake. Everything was just as good the second day. John and his staff are great. Prices are reasonable. You have to try it!!

I wanted to give a thorough review of this place so I went for lunch and dinner before writing one. For lunch I got the cilantro lime toss up salad and added chicken. It was very big and it was so good. They said their dressing was homemade, and I was skeptical. I am very picky about salad dressing but it was so good!
