I telephoned in an order. I selected from the menu and went to pick up my order. The ladies are nice and the food good, but it’s a CASH ONLY business. The website has no mention of this policy. So I arrived to pick up my order, and I had insufficient cash. The waitress said that there was a sign on the door. Okay, but I didn’t see that when I walked in and certainly couldn’t from seven miles away. Fortunately, my bank is a block away, but if it wasn’t there, I would have just left and returned home. It was embarrassing for me. In today’s age of instant transactions and what not, a warning that CASH ONLY is certainly warranted and a courtesy to customers who do not carry much cash these days, such as myself.
