Its inside a wal mart but I wanted some tea and went in. The cashier took my order, ran my card, and then informed me that they had no tea. She offered other things but I was not interested. I got a refund.

Worst experience ever went to Dunkin’ donuts for the very first time the lady that was helping me was extremely rude I instructed her that I have never ordered Dunkin donuts coffee before I wanted the nitro but I wanted it hot she reassured me that she could do that. . I paid for my coffee then they handed me a large and I asked them if this is an extra large oh no we can’t make that into an extra large okay. So then they make the extra large it’s not the cold brew made warm it is the Americano expresso whatever and so then I ask for extra cream so I could leave and get to work and as she’s walking away from me she instructs me that next time you come and order you need to ask for the cream ahead of time so that we can give you the to-go packets. I informed her that I will never go back to another Dunkin’ donuts again to order coffee they have no clue what they’re doing and they think they’re a Starbucks and they’re not.

I don’t think team members know how to make the coffees here. I asked for a standard mocha drink, and they asked me “would you like cream and sugar with that?” I was confused as to why they would ask me this since it’s a direct fixed item off your menu? Anyways, once the girl handed me my drink it tasted nothing like mocha. I basically paid 5 bucks for some iced coffee with half n half and sugar…This isn’t the first time they made my drink terrible and their donuts are questionable too. I feel like they should train the employees better on handling your food and drinks because it seems like they really don’t know how to make anything here. I would just go to another Dunkin Donuts and avoid this one here.
