We stopped in for dinner. The staff was nice. All of our food was great. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with cheese, but when I sat down, I noticed there was no cheese. They were busy with other guests so I didn’t worry about it. The amount of meat you get in your order is excellent. I love the sweet sauce. The baked beans were very good. The coleslaw was good, too. I love that you can get yourself free ice cream. We were too full, but next time, we will get some.

I’m giving two stars because the French fries were awful. They were the worst fries I’ve eaten at a restuarant. They were so bland. The chicken was excellent though. Perfectly cooked. The pulled pork was good too. Another reason for the low rating is the odd experience with the man working the line. I’m not exactly sure what he did but when he brought me my food he either passed gas or burped/coughed on my food. I think it was the former and he apologized. I wasn’t looking at him but I heard it and because he apologized I know something happened. It was weird and made me a little uncomfortable to eat my food.

Make sure to check any take out orders very carefully. Our order was $101.00. We were missing ½ dozen Corn Muffins, 1 Baked Potato Casserole, 2 Barbeque Sauces and we ordered Boneless Wings but received Boned Wings. Did not receive pickles or onions that were ordered. Never ordering again.

Walking in we were greeted by 2 lovely women. I ordered the sliced brisket and polish sausage with 2 sides that consisted of mac and cheese as well as the waffle fries. The polish sausage was a bit cold but soft and full of taste. The brisket was pretty cold and wasn’t very tender at all. There was a great amount of fat in the slices and they weren’t seasoned all that well either. The food wasn’t spectacular but the service was great overall!

Well, I’ve had the last straw with this place and will never be a returning customer. It wasn’t bad enough that every time I’ve ordered, something is always missing. Every single time. But this time they not only forgot an entire item, but gave me no BBQ sauce! That’s pretty absurd considering this is supposed to be a bbq joint. Unbelievable. There’s other places in the area that do not consistently fail this bad at fulfilling orders! The food is ok, but that’s if you get what you actually order.

It was a terrible experience!!! They did not give us what we ordered!!! I kept calling them but they are not picking up the phone. We ordered brisket and pit dip sandwich and they gave us little amount of pulled pork, no fries and no drink! Plus the dipping sauce was all over the bag. This is in your face type of saying “I’ll take your money” and I don’t care if you’re happy with our service or not. I ended up making my own dinner and wasted my 30$! Like I’m picking up money from the trees.

I gave them 2 stars because despite the fact that their food is pretty good they are seemingly incapable of getting the orders correct when ordering through a delivery service. I doordash food everyday for my last meal and I love smoked/BBQ food but unfortunately this place is the only BBQ place within range of my house to be able to doordash it. I can honestly say that I have doordashed Dickeys food to my house no less than 17 times in the past 3 months and they seriously, honest to God have not once gotten a single order 100% correct. And my orders are always super simple. I’m never ordering more than 2 meals at a time and have never sent in a confusing, modified order but yet they always mess my orders up some way, some how. I worked in restaurants for 12 years of my life and so when I say that I just really can’t comprehend how it’s possible to screw up such a simple task, I am speaking as someone who has done your job for years. I’m honestly impressed at this point by how consistently this place messes up. I don’t think I could suck at my job this much if I tried. So they’re definitely the best at something for sure. No other restaurant in existence could possibly mess up their orders this consistently. It really is impressive at this point to where I just find it funny and always plan on getting an order missing something. But as funny as they’re inability to properly execute such an easy and simple task is, I can without a doubt say that I promise to anybody reading this as well to myself that as soon as a different BBQ restaurant opens up near me that I will never order here again. Even if this new and hypothetical BBQ places food is subpar, it still wouldn’t persuade me to go back to ordering Dickeys ever again. I’m so embarrassed for this place. Some people just have no self respect. And ppl like that are clearly working in the carside dept at this Dickeys location.

Ordered ribs and meat plate and came with no bbq sauces. “Texas toast” is nothing like pictured on their website, it’s an untoasted roll with nothing on it. Everything is way overpriced for the quality of food. Even had to go back in when missing ranches, wish we would have caught the no bbq sauce because the meat is terrible without it. First and last time eating here.
