We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

All in all it was a pleasant experience. The drive thru was pretty fast. The ordering process was just like almost every other fast food restaurant. The person on the intercom was friendly and helpful. I order a chicken sandwich and fries. My husband got a double cheeseburger and fries. The food was hot and it wasn’t burnt. The fries were cooked perfectly. Sometimes you get those stale fries that taste like they were just dipped in hot oil again to heat them. Not here. Ive been here at least 4 times and have yet to get cold food.

My food was thrown in my car at me and the window was shut in my face when I asked lady’s name. I knocked and finally after waiting she opened windowed and I asked her name she yelled and spit in my face. So apparently she is the GM and her name is Shannon. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office against her let’s see if they take it serious. I’m posting the video on social media and calling news outlets. I will not be treated like this there was no reason for it.

I have always loved Rally’s. However I have had my last experience with Rally’s. I was excited to try the candy bacon mother cruncher chicken sandwich, after my second or third bite, wondering why it was chewy? I examined the sandwich and I had been eating raw chicken. It seems they are more worried about quantity over quality.

Never have shakes, here it is for almost 2mos, of driving through drive thru and walking up to the window and mind you I do the 2 times a week and check , still 2 Mos no shakes available for serving . They are only ones quick banana shake and you can’t get any shakes . So sour

Placed my order get to window they say go to other window used for pick up deliveries was taking long time with order I knew it was gonna be horrible . Burned fries bundled with older fries .and my tenders was a mess. I’m done with this place.

I was highly disappointed with my food this last visit. I normally speak highly of this location. For years every single time I ordered food from them it was FRESH & tasted great! However, my last visit was the complete opposite to the point I took my food back for a refund. Idk if they have some new kids working there but they kept getting my order wrong along with another customer that came back because they forgot something in her order. I will say though that the workers were really friendly despite & that is super important to me. Hopefully they fix the issue!
