My friend and I have recently started coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts as a weekly meetup, and each week the manager has warmly welcomed us in and asked questions to see how we’re doing, he is very engaging and it’s clear that he values quality service! The food and coffee is always delicious, and the one time that they got my order wrong, they quickly fixed it apologetically. My friend and I will definitely keep coming back!

Seriously sad that my sweet memories of Dunkin Doughnuts have been marred, stomped on, by this encounter. We weren’t greeted by anyone and it took quite a while for the one employee to appear to take our order. We asked for slightly, lightly toasted avocado toast (from menu). The menu photo showed 2 pieces of toast beautifully slathered with avocados. We were each handed a hard toasted piece of bread skimmed in avopepper. Yes, that’s it. Mine was plain @ $3.59 and my husband added bacon so his was $4.79. Check the pic! Too much time and money for too little food with very little taste.

I went here and there was only 1 person and made excuses that he was alone when he made the coffee bad. The employee there was also rude. I was trying to make another order but kept on interupting me and made the drink I did not want. I will never come back and do not recommend going here.

At 5:45 am today, I went to the Oakton DD. One clerk was waiting on a customer, and she asked me to wait as she was by herself, but I did let her know I wanted 2 dozen donuts. No problem. I stepped aside and 2 men appeared at the counter, and the clerk took care of them including selling one of the men 2 dozen donuts. This was not a pre order as when she asked what kind he wanted, the customer said just pick out a variety. The men left and I went back to the counter to order 2 dozen donuts. Her response: “I can’t sell you 2 dozen because then there wouldn’t be enough for the morning.” I was stunned. First of all, even had she sold me what I wanted, there would still have been PLENTY of donuts left to sell. I told her that made no sense, but she kept insisting. I tried to call the manager a number of times, but the line was busy. Either this staff member is woefully uninformed, or the absurdity of this “policy” is beyond belief. And, it was clear that this woman staff member had no intention of telling the male customer the HE couldn’t buy 2 dozen donuts. I will no longer be a customer at this DD. Go to the DD in Vienna where they happily filled my order.

I’ve been to many Dunkin’s in many different states, but this one definitely takes the win as the WORST Dunkin I have ever been to. Not only are the staff rude, but my drink always ends up tasting like seawater whenever I order from this location. They never get my order right when I order mobile either. The most disappointing Dunkin experience every single time I go there. If this is the closest one to you, I suggest going somewhere else because, trust me, you’ll prefer quality over convenience.

Stopped by to order donuts a few days ahead for my daughter’s birthday. We were told by her school that they’d individually wrapped donuts for parties. When I went in to ask about it the man behind the counter was shaming a mom for ordering her kids lattes. He screamed that it was her problem if she wanted to give her kids caffeine. Then when I was up he said that wrapping individually wasn’t something he would do and that getting them ordered was my problem and not his problem, but that he didn’t work in the morning anyways. Tried to call to talk to a manager but the phone doesn’t work and of course he refused to give the information for his manager or owner. Supposedly DVM group, but I have yet to find them. Go to the one in Fairfax instead

I ordered ahead and when I arrived about 10 minutes later I wasn’t greeted and my order wasn’t ready. After having to get cat shirt guy’s attention I asked if he had an order for me. He then rudely said I’m working on it. While fixing another drink before mine even though I was the only person in there. On top of the horrendous customer service the bagel was tiny, not toasted and gross. I will not be returning to this DD.
