This is the WORST Chick-fil-A location I have EVER been to. When I think of Chick-fil-A, I think of the excellent service and the friendly employees, which I have encountered at every location except for this one. Every single table in the restaurant was dirty, and the garbage was overflowing. The employees were all too busy chatting it up with each other instead of taking care of the restaurant. I placed my order through the app on my phone, and I wanted to dine in – typically I select a table number on the app to have my food brought to me, but none of the tables had numbers. I had to select the carry-out option instead – my order sat on a back counter for about 10 minutes, and I watched different employees pick up my bag, look at the label, and just place it back down on that back counter!! When I finally received my order, it was the saddest and smallest chicken sandwich I have ever seen! I do NOT recommend this location.

Okay, I get it. Young staff, young ways. The young lady that took my order looked like she wanted to jump off of a bridge. Bad day? Cool. No problem! We moved on. The food was average. Definitely doesn’t compare to the 2920 or champions location, but again that’s fast food! We’re cool.

I have a slight bone to pick. I come to this location religiously because 1 it has the play area and 2 at first the employees were nicer here then the one by my house. But lately customer service has been slacking. My daughter dropped a little toy she had behind the play area. I asked the worker that was cleaning up if she could help in getting someone to get a key to see if they’re able to get the toy out and she told me I could ask someone at the front. Mind you it was a lunch rush and I found the employee least busy to ask and she basically told me to f off. Now I know my child shouldn’t have had the little toy I didn’t realize she had it and if it was something I bought I would’ve just left it their but because it was a birthday gift from a coworker of mine I decided to ask. So anyways I went to the front and stood their for 5 minutes several employees walked by me and saw me and not one mustered up a simple “we’ll be right with you” i ended up just leaving because I was getting irritated I mean a simple acknowledgment would’ve gone a long way. Chick fil a used to be known for their top tier customer service but I don’t remember the last time any location has had outstanding service. Since the pandemic especially its gone down the drain.

First time here Ms Vicky and Yancy were super awesome and nice excellent customer service i dont know how theres only one cashier and shes the oldest person in the entire store wasnt even busy. I was eating fries had to spit out one of the fries for due to cross contamination/undercooked had a chicken and sour taste to it

Drive-thru staff took for ever taking orders. Cars were leaving because of ridiculous wait times. And they didn’t seem to care either. No sense of urgency. One of them even left and left a line of cars unattended. Terrible! Definitely never returning to this location.

Every chick fil a I’ve ever been to have been super fast except for this one. They are sooo slow. They act like they don’t want to be here, they don’t listen. I ordered two kids meal, they gave me one, and the guy who took my order didn’t repeat back my order. Save yourself the time and go down the street or another chick fil a.

It’s chick fila…… it’s what you would expect from the best fast food restaurant ( in my opinion). I recommend a number 2 spicy deluxe. If you like tea and lemonade, get you some . That’s what I got in the picture. I don’t really have anything bad to say about chick fila.

I was actually sad when I arrived at the restaurant because I had just said goodbye to my best friend. She lives in Indonesia and is only in the states every 2-3 years. I drove through to grab food for my drive home and was met with the usual cheerful, friendly faces and voices of the staff, only to be matched by the extremely quick service! It cheered me up, so thank you!
