This is a classic for all family’s and teens in Houston. The restaurant is spacious and well decorated making it perfect for birthdays or other celebrations. The waiters are busy so don’t expect world class service, but they were kind and brought our food out promptly. The pizza is, as always, delicious with a fired crust and a very fresh, raw tomato sauce. The unexpected star of the night were the bar-made lemonades which were SO fresh and smooth, perfect after the excruciating Houston weather lately. The place is right next to the Escape Game company so it’s perfect for a night out on the town. Beware coming here on Friday nights in fall and spring, this place is very popular for homecoming and prom groups.

This place was so highly recommended and we were shocked by how sub par it actually is. The service was really great but the food itself is so bland and overpriced.

I found this restaurant to be just ok. Friends raved about it. Though I felt it was disappointing rather than impressive. The service was no problem. Friendly and fast. The restaurant is well located and designed. The food was the let down for me. The presentation made the food look desirable. The flavors were just so so. Our pizza was cold and far from delicious. I wouldn’t revisit. There are way too many amazing pizza eateries in Houston to settle for so so at this restaurant.

Really disappointing experience after having been recommended this location to try. The location itself is nice, feels safe, has a nice atmosphere and has decent parking. The interior looks like it could get crowded easily but overall looks inviting. We arrived on a Friday around 8 with our toddler and waited 20 minutes for a table. Once seated we ordered our drinks and then settled on an appetizer and a pizza to try. It took 40 minutes for that one pizza to arrive to us. We were not warned on how long it would take, and were not given updates on timing either. Being busy was not the issue, there were only three other tables seated in the dining room with us at the time. Having to wait that long for food is frustrating and then add in a hungry toddler and it’s even more so. If the pizza had been fantastic once it arrived, we would have overlooked the slow service but our pizza was over cooked and had no flavor. It was already thin as it was and then add in being over cooked and it nearly tasted like cardboard. Because the pizzas are brick oven baked, I feel that they can easily be burnt and ruined. Ours was not good or enjoyable and we only ate it because at that point we were already so hungry. There are so many other good pizza restaurants in Houston, we feel that this experience in particular was a waste of money.

We got there early and had never been there. The food took a little bit of time, but the quality was excellent. Quality meats used (pepperoni) and a crisp thin crust. Waitress was fun and attentive. Come visit and eat!

A friend of a friend told me they order an eat pizza from the down town location. I ordered a box from this location cause it was on my path. No. I will never again. Dough was stale, I couldn’t even chew the end of my slice. It was also cold. Even though she took it out of the mini pizza warmer. Pizza hut two minutes from my house is better an freshly baked. Dough an all.

I absolutely love this place! The pizza is amazing, the drinks are great, and the atmosphere is a great vibe for family and friends. It can be a family oriented place if seated on the patio or tables or it can be a nice place to hang out with friends at the bar or patio. I definitely tore the pizza up by myself the first time that I went (12″). I went back 2 days later and tried the gluten free crust (only comes in a 12″). I could barely taste a difference taste wise. They were both flavorful and made with lots of love. It’s a crispy, thin crust that crunched in your mouth and melts. I will definitely give the cauliflower crust a try the next time I go. You are definitely missing a treat if you don’t try it at least once. You will not be disappointed.

I found this place to be mediocre. I requested just a traditional cheese pizza and got half cooked dough with small spoonful of their “homemade” sauce. Marinara. Not enough cheese at all. Not to mention crust was burnt. Crust was flimsy and too wet. They had to see the pizza before serving us. Overpriced and not good. My daughter didn’t even get to eat. I will not be back again.

First time back in a few years, and the portion size has gotten quite smaller. My calzone didn’t fill the tray, and the dough wasn’t filled nearly as much as it used to be with cheese and toppings. The taste is still great, but it’s hard to justify paying $30 for a small calzone. It also took longer for the food to come out than it should have for how not crowded it was.
