They don’t serve half orders of spaghetti. I ordered spaghetti and got a half order cold and cheese not melted. Utterly terrible. I called and complained after my experience and was met with no customer service. After that fiasco I received a phone call at closing time of Sorrento’s from a private number where the person on the phone expressed remorse for eating my food before delivering it. So that’s nice…

Pizza obviously tipped in the ride and half of it had no cheese on it at all. There was cheese stuck all over the box however. We had it delivered to a nearby brewery and they didn’t give us any plastic ware. Save your money.

Ham, Onion and Green Pepper. Ill be happy to pay for extra toppings. If I get them, tasted like a frozen pizza I could get from Walmart. Sorrento’s was my go to pizza for years. It SUCKS now, rather get a Little Cesar’s for quarter of the price. You should be ashamed of yourself Sam!!!! Ashamed!!

Love that this pizza delivery place actually offers food other than just pizza and breadsticks! We get delivery at work and there’s something on the menu to please everyone in the office without going to more than one place. I’ve had the spaghetti and mostaccioli, both are amazing and we’ve never had any complaints

We often get delivery and pickup from this location and whenever we order we always get a custom pizza for a picky eater in our household. A small round with cheese, pepperoni, and no sauce. Sometimes this one pizza gets messed up but they always make it right. They care about the customers of the local community and it shows.

Picked up a pizza after we were told it would take 45 minutes. When we got home, a mile away, the pizza was old and cold. The cheese was dried and hard. It appears that the pizza set for about half an hour before we picked it up. It was either made early, one someone failed to pick up, or ours was given to another customer who did not want the old one. This on top of the fact that the location makes it difficult to get to unless you live to the east of it.
