We were looking for and Authentic Mexican restaurant. Not Tex-Mex. They made the Margaritas from scratch not a mix. All food was prepared to order including the Guacamole that was made fresh. I had the Steak Taco, steak was tender and flavorful.

We were blown away at how amazing this place is!! A little scary on the outside but let me tell you it’s the best kept secret in Aiken! The food was not only truly authentic, but the portions were large and tasted amazing!! The house margaritas were to die for!!! Staff were friendly and excellent service. The inside was very clean even though basic. Our Mexican favorite for sure!!!!

OMG! I have not had food that tasted like this since I lived in El Paso. Great food. Have patience with the staff. Everything was fresh and made to order. Will definitely be returning as it might be my go to Mexican food. Worth the 30 minute drive.

Was on the way to pick up some furniture in Aiken and decided to stop here. What I did not expect was to eat the best Mexican food I have ever tasted. The servers are nice, the building is clean. It was absolutely wonderful!

We had nachos with chicken and an al pastor chimichanga. The place is really small, around ten tables. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive. The food was good, and they offered a lot more authentic dishes than you might find elsewhere. I expected more of the al pastor, though. It was a bit dry and not as flavorful as I had expected.

My husband and I ate at Las Palmas last night and were pleasantly surprised. The building is small, an old gas station/country store. They remodeled the interior to a cosy restaurant and bar area. The food was freshly made and good quality. My husband’s choice was the Chipotle chicken plate. I had a tamale and empanada with refried beans. In 30 years of living in SC eating at Mexican restaurants this is the first time I have ever seen empanadas on the menu. The tamale was served without the ground meat loaded sauce other restaurants pour over the entire tamale. It was wonderful to be able to taste the subtle flavor of the tamale instead of the heavy meat sauce. We will be back. Would have given 5 stars but they didn’t have any desserts so only 4 stars.

Appears to be mostly takeout, We have eaten in a half-dozen times. Servings are generous and the servers are pleasant. Seating is limited, so best to come at off-peak times. The building is an old converted garage. However, it is physically clean albeit, shopworn. We will remain customer’s as they appear to be an up and coming business.
