I LOVE Jersey Mikes. I hate this one. Don’t waste your time. The employees work at a sluggish pace, creating long lines and long waits. They also will be out of things like bread quite often. Two days ago, I went to this location and after waiting and waiting and watching the employees move like snails, I, and others, just gave up and left the line. I’m now walking away AGAIN because they are out of bread.

Jersey Mike’s is a great franchise sandwich shop. The food is very good. The only problem was the staff was working at warp speed while we were the only customers in the store. Our sandwich instructions were not followed.

They need a system to complete online orders. We watched them making a line of orders for people in the store while our sandwich was sitting there half made for thirteen minutes. They refused to finish our sandwich in favor of the people who just came in so we left. Also, the male employee working was extremely rude.

What a horrible experience. You should talk to your male employee who proudly gloated while happily waving bye to an unhappy customer (who was so unhappy with their expeience they didnt even wait for their food). It’s one thing to be under staffed, it’s a toally other thing to not care about your customer’s experience.

Would be fine if more than one of the 4 employees could make a sandwich. 3 girls hiding in the back while one girl talks and makes everything. Order took an hour and I got skipped multiple times by the few customers who came after me. Said light oil and my sandwich got murdered. Paid for swiss and got provolone. Wouldn’t be back but unfortunately this is standard service for most places up here.

BIG BEAR CALIFORNIA LOCATION: Horrible Service!!! Let me start off with the Philly Cheese Steak – Excellent!!! However, the service on this location in Big Bear California is HORRIBLE!!! For the last 3-years, we decided to have Jersey Mike’s for the 4th of July fireworks at night. Two years in a row, we went in and ordered and had to wait 55 minutes in 2021 and 1.25 hours in 2022. We understand that it’s a holiday, but this location should know that and staff it appropriately. Now (July 4th, 2023), we decided to order ahead. We placed our order and the conformation was the two sandwiches would be ready in 15 minutes (PS – the 2-years prior, we were told the long wait was due to orders placed online), so we placed the order online, arrived 20 minutes after placing the order and they hadn’t even started the order. Ended up waiting 45 minutes in the store and add the 20 minutes from when we placed the order, we still ended up waiting for over an hour. Staff has been rude every year at this location! Hopefully someone at Jersey Mike’s reads this and fixes the problems (long wait times and unfriendly staff)!!! BTW, we order two Philly Cheese Steaks with double meat.and double cheese and both sandwiches were single meat, single cheese…

The sandwiches here are not good. I love Jersey mikes and this is…barely a Jersey mikes. They underserve meat and cheese (half the usual amount) to the point where it must be management directed. They tried to substitute the cheesesteak pepper mix for the fresh cut green bell peppers on the #14 and were rude when I asked about it. The bread was somehow both over baked and stale (isn’t it a single button set for the correct time?). My friend, who has little self respect, wouldn’t even finish his cheesesteak.

Not the best location. Never crazy busy but always slow service! We ordered online, told it would be ready in ten minutes. Showed up in ten minutes and told them what pick up order I was waiting for. The employee confirmed it will be ready shortly. Ten minutes went by and they still hadn’t even STARTED our hot sub. While we were waiting discovered they put the sandwich directly on the counter, not in the cutting board and not on the paper they wrap it in. Food quality is always good but the service, wait and cleanliness need a LOT of work
