At DQ drive-thru I ordered a strawberry cheesecake Blizzard w light chunks of cheesecake. At the window, I received the blizzard, and pulled off, but then i noticed it wasn’t blended. The vanilla ice cream was vanilla. The strawberry syrup was strawberry syrup with extra chunks of Cheesecake not light.

There was a girl at the register who was in training, and the manager was really rude to her while taking my order. I told the cashier she was doing a good job. I understand it can be stressful, but the manager was so rude to this poor woman. Need to be nicer to your staff if you want them to be motivated to work

I was second in line for the drive thru for the day I specifically ask to have my food cooked fresh when i asked, the woman guaranteed theyd be fresh because it was right when they opened . I got a chicken strip basket and 2 chili cheese slaw dogs. The chicken strips were were so hard and dry my mom was struggling to rip them apart. And my hot dogs were cold. Not cool…..COLD. but when I went to take a bite of one I looked on the slaw and there was a hair. Needless to say the rest of the food was thrown away. Their not only liars but unsanitary also. I will not be back

i have had the same mistakes multiple times now from this dairy queen. i have asked for a plain cheeseburger (just cheese, meat, and the bun) and i have come home disappointed because of all of the original sauces & items that are still on the burger even after asking to make it plain.
