The images are exactly what i received, queso that was more like jello and a burrito bowl with undercooked rice, burnt chicken, old guacamole and i don’t even know what else. They covered the top with green peppers i guess to hide the guacamole? This is not the first time it’s been bad at this one, but i think this wins as the worst. Skip this Chipotle and go to another.

Complete and utter garbage. Went in at 2:15 on a Wednesday, one person behind me, one person in front, and maybe 4 people eating. Ordered a quesadilla. Told me no, it’s too busy only online orders. So really, it’s not too busy to actually make them. I’ve ordered a quesadilla from every other chipotle I have ever been to, for the last 6 or 7 years. I’ve never been to this chipotle but it was the only option nearest the immediate care. What trash. I wouldn’t come back if it was the only chipotle left. Needless to say I won’t be back.

This location is terrible. I ordered burrito bowls and my order came incorrect and they gave me cooked rice mixed with uncooked rice. The chicken is not good as well, very dry. I couldn’t even eat it. You can’t get through to customer service to get a refund. They also never include the extra even if you pay for it.

I visit today 03/30/23 this location … because of the cashiers mistake I paid for someone else order that he put me with my order in my bag…. He went after me ame to my car and said that he put me by mistake someone else order …. I took all the stuff from the bag kpt mine and gave him what wasn’t mine….. The think is that he didn’t gave me an receipt for what I paid and I was charged for what he put by mistake in my bag and after took back … Ridiculous guys !!!! So if you had time to step out after mee to took the order back why didn’t said to come inside to refund me the money I paid for what you take back from me ????

Portion ratio gets worse after years of going to this one,I had to use my card for a tortilla bc the manager forgot to add it to my bowl the first time. .50 cents like seriously u made me swipe my card for .50 cents bc she wasn’t paying attention. How can I not give these guys a 5 with how often I frequent this place! Always great food at Chipotle, with all natural ingredients. This location doesn’t pile it on with as much food as others but it’s still a good amount of food for the money. I don’t like cilantro at all, and I still regularly come here because the food is that tasty, and again, 100% all natural.

Don’t go to this location. They’re are flat out awful. They skimp on all their portions now and when I asked for a side of guac they filled the cup halfway. Any other chipotle fills the cup completely. The steak here is also always chewy and rubbery no longer going to this location.
