This place has been in business for over 20 years and I totally understand why. The food is consistently delicious and made with love by the owner. The son runs the register and is so happy and helpful every time we go. Always a pleasant experience with Korean and Japanese options. I love their vegetarian bibimbop! Got take out from Fujiyama today. The staff was super nice. I got the teriyaki vegetables which comes with grilled vegetables, white rice, and a side salad with really good house dressing. Pretty good and one of the few options that is still open in Latta Arcade.

I took a risk on this spot after chipotle was stuffed, and I’m so happy I did. Exceptionally perfect shop. The client support was superb and the menu is not difficult to peruse. The food was really delectable, I got the chicken bibimbab without carrots. Would return once more!

I get my lunch take out from here regularly when I am in Charlotte for work. They are very consistently good with their food. Well priced as well. Food is always consistent. One of the cheapest lunches and tons for food in town. The cook has been there every day for 14 years I’ve been there. Stopped in to grab some food to go. Was just after the lunch rush. It has a small but good selection of food. More of a to go place. The food was good and it came out quickly. In Latta Arcade there was several of this type of to go places.

The Katsudon is the only thing I get. Comes with soup and a salad, and it’s like $10. A little expensive, but in line with uptown. You can certainly pay way more. I go here at least a few times a month, and I have never had poor service or bad food. I certainly would recommend!
