It’s sad when the employees have such great customer service but, the facilities are so filthy, restrooms are horribly filthy and need to be cleaned very badly. The toys look like they haven’t been clean since last Christmas. There was food all over the floors and tables. we were the only two customers in the whole building with so many employees behind the desk they still couldn’t find time to clean.

It’s remarkable how slow this fast food restaurant is. I forget about the fact that it takes at least 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru every time I stop in, which is not very often. The food is what you’d expect from a Burger King. If you’re like me, you usually go through fast food because you don’t have a bunch of time…..which presents an issue for this ‘fast food’ establishment.

The speed of the service was ok. There was no one ahead of me and no cars in the parking lot. I know I should have checked before I drove away. The french fries were some of the worst I’ve had in a long time. Over done and way, way, way over salted. I called and asked to speak with the manager. I recognized the voice as that of the one who took my order. “Would you like me to replace them?” I told him “no, the reason for drive through is to keep going while eating.” “That’s all I can do” was his reply. This place is racking up the one star reviews. Management, either local or regional might consider stopping by, unannounced of course.

Waited in the drive through for twenty minutes (no exaggeration ). Didn’t even get to place my order, placed on hold when I got to the speaker, when all the cars in front of me (3) had finally left I just drove through and went to McDonald’s across the street. I work fast food myself, there isn’t much of an excuse for that length of time during lunch.

I had a very bad service there. The ladies took 7 minutes to attend me and my kids. This has never happened before. After ordering and getting my food i found 2 very gross hairs in my burger and had to wait another 5 minutes to get another one. One of the workers did not give my kid a cup for his drink and when he went back for it they charged him an additional $5.00. Please take this under consideration

Pathetic. I have had brutal service from obviously poorly trained and indifferent employees. Waited at the drive thru for about five minutes and finally a voice says “I’ll be with you in a moment.” Five minutes later still no answer, so I pulled up and saw no one was ahead of me, no customers in the store, but employees yucking it up with apparently a friend of theirs. This is a typical experience at this location and has been getting worse with time.If you just want a burger, go across the street to the other chain, at least they’re somewhat well trained at customer service.

The owners of this location should be ashamed. If they had the nerve to post their contact information at the location, like all the other establisments do, I would let them know myself. Staffing 2 people at peak. After 11 minutes waiting at the counter just for someone to acknowledge I was there, I left. This would have likely been the 4th time in 4 visits the service was 10+ minutes to have my order taken, and 20+ minutes for food. Absolutely the worst service of any establishment of any type in the yakima valley, not just fast food.

The restaurant greatly needs some deep cleaning. The restroom hasn’t been touched in weeks. The kids play area is always filthy. I had to wipe down table and chairs so that we didn’t stick to them.

Had a 5 star review of this place before because of their cheap kids meals, which are great. That being said, since then we’ve been to other Burger Kings and realized that the food quality here is terrible! It was just not appetizing upon returning. The service was slow. The play place reeked like dirty laundry and was super gross and unwashed.
