Donatos has delicious pizza. I think it all boils down to their tasty pizza sauce that is on the sweeter side. A good pizza needs a good foundation. The thin crust is our go to but I like their thicker crusts as well. I usually try their specialty pizzas that they have on rotation but the pepperoni is also a solid choice. We have ordered from them too many times to count and the service is always fast and friendly.

I always order from this location and had never been let down until last Saturday, 9/25. I didn’t want to leave a negative review since this was my first bad experience but no one contacted me after I submitted my complaint the next day. The pizza I received was correct as far as what I ordered but it wasn’t done. The bacon on the pizza appeared not thoroughly cooked. It just wasn’t good which is really shocking as I have been ordering from this location for years.

Manager claimed they didn’t have delivery drivers and insisted that I use a card if I wanted to order from this location. 3rd party delivery (door dash) left my order at wrong address and refused to answer the phone. I called the manager at this location to inform them about my order. She was totally rude and suggested I walk to get my order. I order a 2nd time immediately after they dropped the ball. The manager called my phone saying why would I order again knowing we dnt have drivers. A call center representative said they had available drivers and I could pay cash this time. She was wrong the manager cursed me and hung up on me. Worst experience ever trying to feed my family!
