This is probably one of my favorite sandwich shops in the state. The sandwiches are fantastic – but absolutely DO NOT sleep on the SOUP! The Tomato Basil is fantastic, but the specialty soups are incredible – especially in the cooler months! The bread is always fresh and super high quality (with such a satisfying CRUNCH!) and the sauces are fantastic! The pastries (usually a few cookies) are also fantastic and I often bring a handful back to my staff as treats! In addition, during the warmer months, the milkshakes are classic and thick – and perfectly refreshing. If you aren’t stopping here, you’re missing a lovely local piece of Beaufort!

The JIB is great but making it your own way is even better!!! The coffee is great and my daughter loved the shaved ice! The staff is amazing and the messages they write on the bags make you smile!!!

Second time coming had lunch my first time the Navigator sandwich really good with the fruit smoothie very tasty n healthy. Second time for breakfast and had the turkey, bacon n chz croissant very good n packed with meat a definitely plus along with a horchata very sweet n tasty to my liking. Super FRIENDLY PLACE and AWESOME food!!!!! Had the Boathouse and the Navigator with Tomato Basil Soup!!! Both were OUTSTANDING and Soup was EXCELLENT ALSO!! Topped of wit Iced Tea!!Service was Super and FUN!!!! Love this Place!!!!

We stumbled upon this gem and thank God we did. Cool atmosphere, really nice group of people and the main reason for the review is their coffee. My Americano is hands down the best one I’ve ever had. The wife even liked it and it’s not her thing. Worth a visit.

I was in Beaufort for the day and a client suggested this place. It was wonderful! Fantastic food, neat indoor vibes with a small store connected. Wish I had more time to sit in their large outdoor area. The chicken salad sandwich was perfect. I’ll be back next time I’m in Beaufort!!

Let me first say, the food is great!!! Horchata is yummy! And they have an awesome story as to why they started their little cafe/coffee shop to begin with. But. The atmosphere Does Not match their story. The staff is not friendly. Not helpful at all. I asked for napkins and the little boy ignored me. And he talked so low, I couldn’t hear him or understand him. This has nothing to do with the establishment, but a couple came in with 2 kids who don’t know how to mind and parents who catered to the undisciplined. I was disappointed. I did not feel like I was sitting on the porch with grandma. I felt like grandma threw me out in the yard with brats and ignored me.
