DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Very deceptive business practices. I order a special promo large pizza with one topping and it was $11.99. We called to make sure that this is the case and the person that took our order verified the price. We went to pick it up and it said on the receipt $14.99. I went back into the store to ask them why is it $14.99 while the online price as well as the quoted price on the phone was $11.99. The worker gave a completely BS answer and won’t refund us the difference. We drove back home (5 minute drive) and our pizza was cold!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas, took 1 hour to arrive even though the store is 10 mins away. One pizza was bland (and not even cut at all) the other had non-fresh veggies. I would not order again, just order from dominos, pizza hut, or little Ceasars for better pizza. This location was good years ago, sadly thats not the case anymore. 2/5 don’t waste your time or money.

Went to pick up my order when told it would be 10-20 minutes. Got there at 6;00 pm & had to wait because the system was supposedly down so I couldn’t pay. . The clerk who looked like she was in training, didn’t know how to process the payments & the manager was nowhere in sight. There was another customer who was complaining because she had arrived a half an hour earlier & like myself, was unable to pay. It looked like the manager had taken some kind of lunch break (at what I would call peak hours 5-7pm when most people eat). Anyway, the clerk finally managed to find him & he was ably to immediately process my payment. He did give the Pizza to me for half the price, but, he did not charge the customer who had been there for half an hour, ( a fellow Latino I must add). Unacceptable behavior.

I ordered carry out and the garlic sauce was open in the box and spilled all over my pizza and my passenger seat. I called the store and talked to manager and he said “we have nothing to do with that.” Seriously???? You sold me a pizza and I bought a pizza from your store, and it happened in the pizza box came out of your store and telling me you have nothing to do with that? Wow, what a great customer service you guys are providing. Just Amazing. Oh, Now I have to Detail my car so it doesn’t smalls like garlic sauce. SUV garlic edition is what I’m owning from now on.

I walked in and order 1 medium pepperoni pizza, when I got home it was a cheese pizza, I called to let them know about the mixed up, the lady on the phone asked me for the name on the order, the lady who took my order just typed H, the lady on the phone offered to have another pizza sent to me but I told her it wasn’t necessary, I was expecting to have a discount on my next order but she didn’t offer anything else, very disappointed.
