Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for my food only to have it made incorrectly and missing items and my pop to be flat. Went back around waited an additional 10 minutes to get it corrected and was met with attitude and being charged for the cheese that it was originally supposed to have and after getting my food i addressed the flat pop. They gave me a new pop also flat so I asked for something else only for it to be even flatter than the first one. My fries are stale at least a day old and extremely hard.

It seems like they are in a rush or don’t care, maybe both. Food cooked to the bare minimum of what can be considered done. Flame broiled, must have used a Bic. Fries and onion rings were the same way. Only benefit there is that I threw them in the air fryer and the were actually fresh . They tend to forget things but there are a few good people there, it’s just random. Better BK than some of the others in WK.

This drive thru is very slow. The carbonation was out, and both times she handed us a drink, it was dripping soda down the side. When we asked for a napkin to wipe it off before we brought it in the car, she said, “It’s in the bag.” Shocking.

Went after work in the morning to get a burger. I was told they don’t have burgers in the am. Unexcptable do to, other BK’s have burgers in the morning. In fact, one BK advertises on the marquee. Don’t go to this BK exit 3 on I235 (Meridian exit). Ordered French toast sticks and didn’t even come with syrup. Wanted biscuits and gravy because of no burgers and was told the gravy was still frozen. Repeat, don’t go to this location. So much for the ole saying “Have it your way”….

I am not from here but when I do come in town this Burger King has not disappointed me. Four times better than the one on 47st and the one on pawnee. My food is always fresh. Normally I don’t write reviews for fast food restaurants unless the service and food was terrible however this establishment deserve praise.
