Always pulls everyone up to sign even with as little as one item. Takes about ten minutes to get food everytime. They will have three or four cars waiting at the Thank You sign with noone at the window. Their too worried about drive thru times and not customer service. On the positive side, employees are usually quite friendly unless they try to talk you out of buying something they don’t want to make.

Danielle was very friendly and welcomed me with a smile. She cleaned the dinning room tables whenever she wasn’t busy taking orders. She even bagged my fries separately so they wouldn’t spill. Food was fast, hot and delicious.

Service was so off. Guy nearly had a breakdown when we tried to order. I gave a $100 (cash) I was asked for other types of payment. I said no. So I waited for my change and food all while looking at my milkshake melt in the window. But burger wassss good! First time having Arby’s

Very good service, we had to change orders 3 times because the kids couldn’t decide and we speak french so we asked alot of questions, the gentleman serving us was more patient than most would have been so it was very appreciated! Was nice till the very end.

I drive 25 minutes to get 4 rbeef sands. 1 which I wolf down 3 I take apart immediately & enjoy over the next few days . I’m a “crave” eater. And I’ll eat what I’m craving until I don’t crave it any more. Then I may not crave it for months again. So far I’m on week 3 with these!

I’m editing my review. This place has gone down hill 100% from what it was 2 years ago. I walked in and it was disgusting see my photos of bags sitting out in the open for anyone in the public to handle. I’m done with this dump.. Never again. The managers name is Kelly Green, per the front door picture. They should be ashamed to have their name on this place.

Delicious food and great service. The staff is very friendly. The only downsides are that the interior feels a bit dated, the building is very isolated, and the parking lot is very dark. But none of that would ever stop me from returning.
