Private One
The pizzas were piping hot and fresh out of the oven the whole time we were there. The crust was perfectly chewable and soft. The cinnamon rolls were on point! The kitchen did a wonderful job of keeping up with demand, even for the coveted cinnamon rolls, when one batch was gone in about a minute more were out of the oven and on the line. The staff was very friendly and nice, the soda fountain was clean and well kept too. 10/10 if you’re in the area try this place out, you won’t regret it.

This place is amazing. I needed a special pizza made. Not only did it come out super fast but it was the best one I’ve ever had. They were so sweet to us and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Buffet is amazing here, good for family and friends. Lots of sitting arrangements. Staff is friendly and understanding. There are few kids activities too. Very fine ambience. Great place to hangout around Coppel. All pizzas are served hot and tasty. Located very near to main road and has lot of parking spots. Worth for each penny. Desserts were also amazing.

It’s a Cici’s. If you have been to one, you’ve been to them all. This one was nice and clean with courteous staff. We went late and they still were able to make fresh pizzas and have everything out. 100% worth the money

By far one of the best Cicis Pizza I’ve visited. I assume it was the manager that made sure everything was beyond amazing service. Any requests that were made were out the oven so fast. He was very kind to guests, even hand delivering their requests. Of course all other staff members were also wonderful. Will definitely make this my regular Cicis.

I was pleasantly surprised by the food at the location I went to in Coppell. There wasn’t a big selection of pizza but what I did have was delicious and their apple dessert pizza was so freaking good! Not a big fan of the loud kid atmosphere but I ignore it and enjoy my food. I do wish the salad bar had bacon bits to put on the salad.

Atmosphere is what you expect at a Cicis so I can’t really complain. Service was actually great! The cashiers, bussers, and people who made my mini pizza were very friendly and attentive. Food was a bit meh. Pasta wasn’t very good and the pizzas were either very dry or too greasy. Even by the standards of Cicis, I have had better at other locations, including my favorite in Carrollton on Josey and Belt Line.
