Went to McDonald’s and ordered in the drive thru. The young ladies that took my order were friendly and professional.Ordered a big breakfast and two additional breakfast burritos. The big breakfast was great. The two burritos, not so much. They were not fresh and seemed like they were sitting well beyond McDonald’s ten minute hold time.

Just cant seem to follow simple instructions. Waste of money. I ordered 2 hamburgers with mustard and ketchup only. Got 2 hamburgers loaded with onions and pickles. The grill slip is right there for you to see. Second shift ( female) manger was rude when I called about it. Wasted $25 on this food. Also look at medium french fries. Not enough in the box to even fill up a small fries. Don’t understand why they do that but you better order the basket of fries if you really want to get fries from mcdonald’s. They need to retrain everyone

Will not be eating there again my Big Mac had a hair in it and the quarter pounder was raw in the middle there’s no way they even cooked it a minute and when I asked for my money back and told her that I was going to be keeping the food in case I got sick from it she rolled her eyes at me and walked to the back to make a phone call although she did give my money back the woman that was working the store that night does not need to be a manager for her to stand and tell me that you cannot get sick from eating a raw hamburger

Stop and got two gravy two sausage egg it was over $16. It was not fixed to eat all the biscuits was hard on the bottom and the top. It was so bad that my dog would not eat it and yes I am serious. I will never go back to that sorry McDonald’s in Newport. Do you know how long never is?????

They took the order quickly , but we stood in line for 24 minutes still had not got JUST A CUP OF COFFEE! Went back to cashier ask for money back. While we where standing there waiting some (2) orders came out and both of different people was wrong. One couple was still standing in line before us was still waiting. Not good service .

I went through the drive thru last night and waited for 30 minutes to get my food. Sure enough I was given the wrong order and I was not going back through that line. Probably one of the worst to go to for the wait time and getting your food mixed up. They do have very nice and polite workers though.

We went in a little after 10 pm on a Friday night. Lobby wasn’t busy so we went to register to order. Employee finally came and took order. Food wasn’t bad but also wasn’t very hot. Went to get a refill when we started to leave. Waited and waited, had one employee walk right by me without acknowledging me. Had others look at me from the kitchen. Not sure what was going on or where the manager was but all we could hear where employee using 4 letter words saying they were going home. You could hear comments from others. Not exactly the things you want to hear. Finally got drinks refilled and other customers commenting on what we were hearing. Probably won’t be be back.

Lines move at a pretty good place for how busy it gets, but double check your order. Got tea when asked for coke and burger was barely together had to restack all the items into an actual burger. Maybe on a slower day it’s better?

This is becoming a trend at not just this McDonald’s but every one I visit. They were understaffed. We waited until we gave up for a simple order of a few biscuits and drinks at the pickup location after ordering on the app. When no one came, I went inside to see a crowd of other frustrated customers, and had to wait in line longer with them. I could brush this off as a one time thing but this is about the fifth time in a row that this has happened at this and different locations. The store was not even that busy. I’m about to just take McDonald’s out of my consideration period because the frustration isn’t worth it.
