I get carry-out and delivery, I’ve never been disappointed with the service or food! I only gave a three star on atmosphere, simply because I’ve never dined in. Jade Garden has become my number one place to go for Chinese or Korean food in Tucson. For real a treat, try their Bulgogi. It’s fantastic!!!

The food was absolutely delicious. Everything seemed to have been cooked fresh and was served hot. Service could have been a little bit better as we had to ask several times for more silverware which should have been given with the meal in the beginning and different items to garnish the meal with such as hot mustard and extra sweet and sour sauce. The place is small in the inside was meant to look nice but you can see all the way down into the back entrance and that was not a site someone would want to be looking at while eating their dinner. We should have sent at another table perhaps! Best thing is we would eat there again and probably will as long as we are in the Tucson area because of the food. Takeout is booming for them and will be for us with our next order.

General tso chicken extremely breaded and chewy so I requested teriyaki chicken in place. The plate looked like it had water puddled in the base, the chicken was huge chunks of chicken with layers of fat and thick globs of teriyaki sauce. The water under the entree was murky brown but still visibly water. I don’t know if they plated it like this because of the change of plates due to me not liking the first, but I will not be returning here. The server didn’t check if I liked the second plate and did not remove it from the check even though I didn’t even take a bite of the food.

This is your typical hit or miss chinese hole in the wall. I ordered the sesame chicken and their pad thai delivery. The chicken was dry and hard, torture to eat. The pad thai was lacking flavor for the most part – they thought it would be nice to throw in some old socks I guess because it was absolutely disgusting. I called them up to ask them to give me a refund and the lady on the phone told me I’d have to drive all the way over there so they could figure out what the problem was, as if she was actually going to go back to the kitchen and analyze my picked through food. I ended up throwing nearly thirty bucks into the trash. So I guess if you have a gambling addiction this is the place for you – if you want consistently good asian food though then forget about it. Never again.
