Stopped for pizza here while in town following an event hosted by friends. This chain pizza spot did the job for hungry hotel guests. Experience, food and service was as expected. Prices were very reasonable. Plenty of seating was available. Bar was also available on site. Menu had a bunch of options. Parking available on site.

Great pizza on a Friday night. Food was great…pizza on point and the fries were surprisingly good. Waitress was extremely attentive…until she wasn’t. We wrapped up our meal as she engaged in a 12+ minute conversation with the table directly behind my chair untill I finally had to interrupt to get our check. Wouldn’t stop us from coming back though.

Great pizza in a brand new large location! We were assisted immediately even while one bartender was taking care of a lot of tables and multiple people sitting outside. Their patio is great if you’d like to bring your dog or to enjoy the weather.

You know, I used to really love Grottos. Now I’m down to just liking them. Tonight I ordered a personal pizza. I got pepperoni and anchovies and I asked them to tell the people in the back to not be shy about the anchovies because I seriously love the things. My pizza arrived, but I was taken back on how FEW anchovies we’re actually on it. The lady who brought it, not our waitress, told me that was EXTRA anchovies. No lie. But to her credit, she did bring me four more (anchovies). It’s just that I never used to have to ask. If a person tells you that they love anchovies, odds are they’re not lying.

Service is always good. They have provided some of the most consistent service I’ve had in all of Middletown. Pizza is totally fine. But if you order a sub or a cheesesteak, you will get relatively no meat. I don’t understand how you can charge 12.99 for large sub and then serve it with 3 slices of lunch meat.
