After 4th consecutive time I received a pizza with very little cheese I finally called to have the order replaced. The replacement arrived and even after knowing the issue they replaced it with a pizza that appears to have receding cheese patterned baldness.

We waited over an hour for our pizza and it came burnt. That’s extremely disappointing considering my husband and I both worked for Domino’s and understand corporate standards. This is not OER ready pizza. Whoever made this needs to be retrained on what is appropriate to serve to a customer and what is a remake. The delivery driver (I think his name was donald) was apologetic about the wait and very nice.

I understand Domino’s is known for delivery, but if you want to have a dine-in area then treat customers appropriately. They were out of plates, 2 of the 3 tables had no napkins, and they wanted to charge us for parmesean cheese and crushed red pepper. Service was great, but the company gets a failed in my eyes
