I had bought the big breakfast. 3 times in the last 4 weeks. 2 times no hashbrown,no jelly,salt and pepper. Called the location to complain. Mgr took my name ,address etc. Sending me something to get free food. Never got anything from them. Even after calling a second time. Guess there just to busy?

Traveling across country, bought food from the app and their systems were down and unable to make our food. We were told they couldn’t refund our money and we’d have to call back for the manager. Manager called and they claim we have to go back to the physical store to get cash back. They wouldn’t refund my credit card. I’m currently in California. Terrible management. My credit card company will handle it.

Asked for specific items to be removed from burger NO pickles the special order label read opposite they had pickles when I asked to not have them. Fries with out salt was another special request took over 10 minutes for this. Why do they even put so much salt on to begin with, can add but can’t take away theory. Asked for orang pop they gave me orange juice at 6pm ! Then charged me for it as a 2 upcharge. They did give me an orange pop for free I kept the juice as I paid for it. Bums were not fresh for the prices they charge quality sure has disappeared.

The gal that took our order did it wrong and had to ask for them to change it at the window. Trish was very helpful in a lot of ways and did her best to help. Then had to wait for our stuff and everything was wrong and cold fry’s on top of it. Also the McChickens that I got were old and cold. So not sure why we had to wait in the first place.
