*UPDATE* Per Salad’s response, I did contact them as they asked, and was sent a survey!? Not to mention the info from the receipt they need for the survey was rubbed off (see pic), so I couldn’t even complete the survey. THERE IS NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A PERSON AT ALL when you have a problem!! Terrible!! Horrible experience with an uncaring reaction from them!!

I can’t make salads at home. By the time I buy all the ingredients, I’ve spent a fortune, and then I’m racing the clock to use it all before it goes bad and goes to waste. Salad and Go is awesome, whether you get one of their menu salads or build your own exactly the way you want it. And for a GREAT price!

My wife turned me on to salad and go first off and every one I’ve been to is very clean, quick and the salads are awesome. They have more than just salads and my kids love it, if they can get my kids to eat healthy then I’m all for it. Plus the huge salad is under $6 which is crazy because It can feed two.. just go there and use the app its easier and your order is ready when you get there.

Used to really enjoy this place. Will never go to this location again. This establishment needs to get rid of the girl (alot of ance and frizzy curly dark hair) with the major attitude problem. I wasnt going to leave this review but reading the other ones; seems other customers have had the same encounter. This girl needs to be retrained on fired. She does not know the difference between a tomato and an onion. She also slammed the drive thru window and rolled her eyes for no reason at all! I am pretty sure she did it to the car in front of me as well. The portion sizes do vary at this location. Used to be decent now each time they get smaller and smaller. Also waited 30 minutes in the drive thru when there was literally only 4 cars…it’s salad! Not steak and potatoes. Please train your younger staff proper customer service skills. Otherwise you will continue to lose business!

I’m happy there are healthy fast food options like this place. I would like to see larger smoothies though. I frequently enjoy smoothies at places like Jamba Juice. The smoothies here are very good but half the size of what I consider an appropriately sized smoothie.

A healthy, fast, decently priced salad place? Yes please! This has been my go-to since moving to AZ. I do wish they had more dairy free dressings (French, dairy free ranch, honey mustard?) And black/green olives/banana peppers…but definitely not enough to take any stars or anything away. Good staff, good service.
