30 minutes before close I get it you’re trying to get things cleaned up but it a customer comes in you should be grabbing the cutting board again it feels off to me to eat a sandwich straight off the counter after you guys just got done wiping down the counter with all that chemical solutions just grab the cutting board and clean it again right when you close if you got everything put away too early you gotta clean it again too many times just wait like damn I honestly didn’t even wanna eat the sandwich let alone pay for it after that but I didn’t wanna waste food. Never coming back to this location though. Probably the worst I’ve seen.

I like Jersey Mikes. I like that they pay their employees well (and I’m a pretty heavy tipper as well), but I’m starting to wonder why they do. I go to this location probably 40-50 times a year. I’m really getting frustrated with their employees lack of willing to READ THE ORDER. They get it wrong at least 50% if the time. I order extra meat EVERY time and they rarely actually do it. I started to additionally put it in the special instructions as EXTRA MEAT. And they still ignore it. I’ve literally paid hundreds of dollars for “extra meat” that I never got over the past couple years. If I’m paying $25 dollars for ONE SANDWICH, they should at least get it right at least 90% of the time. I order a giant… I get a regular. I order a bowl, I get a regular. I JUST DON’T GET IT. It’s really not that hard. READ THE TICKET!!! On top of that, if you’re going to do an app order, they’re NEVER on time, usually 15-20 minutes later than the pickup time. Sometimes there is a manager that feels bad and they give you a voucher that expired 4 months ago. Since they’re never on time with the app, I suppose I should just wait in line, order at the counter, and make them repeat the order back to me. I think I’m going to finish using my rewards and be done with this location. Good product. Most of their employees take no pride in their job at this location. This is my first ever google review. I don’t complain, but I’m really frustrated with this location.

Who hired these people to work at a customer service based atmosphere…It’s horrible when there are 3 people in the back listening to music and no one managing the front. Then when they all come to the front to help, no hello, no smiles, worst hospitality and throwing bread on the counter where none of the customers know if that’s even sanitary….. when I saw that, I walked out because at least place a tissue on the counter. Who knows if anything else is clean there. These teenagers do not care about keeping clean. They represent the company and I was appalled with it being in a busy area and very vibrant area. I was going to try Jersey Mike’s for the first time and that was not happening there that’s for sure. Horrible for sure. Also walking over and taking their sweet time to help the customers was horrible as well.

On our visit today, very poor customer service at the St Louis Park location, despite great sandwiches. Hard to communicate with the staff because of loud music, and they did not listen at all to our order. Ordered two giant #8 sandwiches with no mayo, sandwich maker instantly grabbed white bread without offering any other type. Had to tell him 3 times we wanted wheat bread. Stated clearly multiple times no mayo on either sandwich. At the end when we were checking out, they put mayo on the 2nd sandwhich while we weren’t looking. Cashier had a very flat affect and said very little, didn’t say “thank you” or “have a good night” or anything. After removing as much mayo as possible, sandwich was still good as Jersey Mike’s has high quality ingredients.

Absolutely amazing service. The team on Sunday June 12th fulfilled my stupid instructions about hating pickles but wanted to try a small portion of my partners sub. They did, labeled it, left a pickle buffer zone and included this note on my cookie. By the way, Yes, I liked the #9 a lot. So nice to have a team have fun with our crazy asks. As always, we’ll be ordering again very soon and a #9 for me!

I’ve never had an issue with the food here at the SLP location, but the service is painfully slow. There’s never been a time where we have gone here and not had to wait at least 20-25mins to get our sandwiches. The staff never moves fast and doesn’t seem to care how many people are in line. The one guy at the cash register is usually doing all the work while the other two stand there and do nothing. Again, the food is good, but if you’re going to go, make sure you don’t have anywhere to be after.

Been coming here for a few years and the past few months have been bad. Minimal employees. I order ahead 45 minutes and I still wait for 15 minutes when I get here. They take everyone’s order in line first then start working on my order I submitted 30 minutes ago. I’ll be going to the other one from now on.

Wait time was long which I don’t mind when waiting for good quality food. However the food I received was not good at all. The bread was stale and the meat had a weird taste/smell. I ordered for 2 others who are regular Jersey Mike eaters and they said the same thing. I also found a short hair in my chicken(I have long hair). Super disappointed because I was really hungry and had to be satisfied with the chips. An employee did give us a free chip and drink card for the wait.
