They DO NOT accept there own coupons. I believe these are individully owned, but don’t waste my time sending me a coupon when I live walking distance from there. Lost a customer for life.

They do not accept their own coupons. Prices on their menu don’t match what I was charged. Lettuce was rotten. Even though my meat was heated it was still cold so not sure what happened there. The chicken was full of gristle. Another Subway on the do not return list.

Does not answer phones. I accidentally placed a mobile order at this location but I meant to place the order on the other side of hurstbourne. I tried to call this location to have my order cancelled but they would not answer phones. Went there the next day to either get the food that I paid for the previous day or to get a refund but the manager refused to say anything other than “I cannot help you just call corporate.”

I ordered one of their new Turkey Cali Fresh sandwiches on July 13th during the free sandwich promotion period. They claimed they were not participating in the promotion and refused to offer a free sandwich. The employees did not know how to make any of the new sandwiches and continually asked me how it was to be made. None of the “updated” ingredients seemed different from their predecessors.

Sandwich wasn’t how I ordered it online. Asked for Italian cheese and herbs they didn’t have it. Made the sandwich on wheat bread. I asked for extra onions and no onions. While in store waiting for them to finish I asked for the sandwich to be toasted. They said that they would but didn’t. No answer when calling the store to speak to a manager. Very disappointed will not go back to this location. They didn’t even offer a discount or anything. If they are out of something than it shouldn’t be available to choose. Or at least call the customer and see if they would like anything else.

This is the second horrible experience that I’ve had with this subway and I’ve only frequented this location twice! The first time I went, I only went to specifically purchase cookies. I asked if the cookies were fresh, and the guy told me that they were. However when I got home, I found out they were hard as bricks! I threw them out. Today, I also went only to purchase cookies, and there was a female cashier in there with the cookies laying on the counter in the open tray, as she and the customer in front of me are making a cash transaction both reaching over them. The cashier then gets to me, and she places the cookies in the paper bag, with no gloves on, and with cuts all around her nail bed with dried blood all on the cuts. As she places the cookies in the bag, I’m literally looking at the cookies, rub against her hands and the cuts with the dried blood. To not make a scene, as she was a very young girl, I purchased the cookies anyway leave and throw them out! I will never frequent this location again and I advise EVERYONE else to do the same. There is a much cleaner subway not far from this location also on Hurstbourne.

The meat and cheese are sliced too thin and the sandwiches are mostly bread unless you want to pay extra for more meat to make it look like the pictures that they advertise. Not worth the money because they still only give you a little amount of meat and chees when you do pay extra!

Horrible. I enter the business and it’s dark and not very clean. I was eventually acknowledged and asked how I could be helped. After asking for a a sandwich on Italian herb and cheese bread was informed that they were only allowed to sell honey oat bread or flatbread. There were dozens of loads of bread in the visible cases and more that were cooking in the oven. I was not offered to wait a few minutes as they were waiting or anything. My options were simply honey oat or flatbread. I settled for flat bread and proceeded to build my sandwich. The seemingly manager laughed when other customers came in and attempted to order bread other than honey oat or flatbread while the two ladies had to inform customers. I received a very monotone apology from one of them and not another word from anyone else. I would have expected them to be more up front about the lack of bread that was “available.” I expected the staff to be more friendly and at least attempt a smile or a have a nice day. Maybe even a coupon for the next visit due to the inconvenience. Nothing. I will not be coming back to this place and will encourage others to stay away as well. What kind of business refuses to sell bread that is visible without any explanation as to why or when it will be. Nonexistent customer service and not a good sandwich.
