I used to come here 2 times a week before the pandemic… always great service and clean restaurant. Since adding kiosks the customer area is never clean. They need to have someone clean the tables and the floors regularly. Unfortunate. I had to ask for a washcloth to clean my own table. I am now taking my own order and cleaning the restaurant. This is definitely a management problem. The employees need to make eye contact and acknowledge customers. My photo shows a dirty table and floors however I didn’t want to disturb other guests. Make no mistake this restaurant is unkempt.

Service is incredibly slow for the people that want to dine in. They have 0 respect for their customers, they will ask you to use the kiosk, and then stand there and do nothing while you order. I waited for over 15 mins, while 10+ cars were served in the drive through. I finally stepped up and said something to someone, and they just said oops we forgot about your order.

Got 2 soft tacos, a hard taco, beef burrito and small frozen drink, and paid $18! The hard taco was so greasy that grease leaked down my face and onto my dress. Burrito very skimpy on filling, and only had sour cream in 1 bits. Very disappointing and totally not worth what I paid.

I drive pass 2 locations just to come to this location. I refuse to goto the flat Rock and brownstown locations. Due to none of them can make the simplest item on their menu. This woodhaven location use to be the best around. Never had an issue. And I goto this location a lot. But, the last few weeks. Seems even after going up to the counter twice. And even making sure that they understand my order. They still couldn’t make it right. Or it’s burned food or even way under cooked. Then I make an order from the app for pick up. And the lobby will be closed. And due to the little time on lunch that I get. I can’t wait in a long drive through. Especially As I hear customers yelling cause their orders are wrong. And told that they can’t do app returns. That I have to do it through the app. And they rush to mark the order as picked up for I can’t cancel the order. Then trying to call for refunds. Get told since it’s marked as pick up. That they can’t return it. Idk what happened to this location. But, seems that it’s an taco bell thing now. Horrible service, employees that are high on who knows what and can’t make the simplest of items. Only reason I didn’t 1 star it. Cause I’m really hoping that they get their flow back like they had for years. And I can redo my review. I’ve had this location as an 5 star review for ages. Hope it can come back to that.

This was the last straw with Taco Bell. Ordered on the app, selected pick-up inside, yet when you arrive, the entire restaurant is operating like a prison on lockdown. All doors locked. Workers ignore you when you wave at them. Called the restaurant, and they said they don’t operate the indoor restaurant any longer, but the app doesn’t recognize that. I asked if they could cancel and refund my order, and they said they can’t because “the app is a different company”, which is ludicrous. He said, “Call 1-800-TacoBell, and they’ll refund you,” yet no such option exists except to send Taco Bell a message thru their website.

They should not be allowed to serve the public. It is absolutely ridiculous that people pay for their food. I rarely go there, maybe two times a year and every single year it’s the same thing. Anybody that is in corporate needs understand that management is a total joke. There is no standards sloppy dog food.

Just went there at 9pm on 2/4/23. The lady and the guy at the window were great. The guy even said “we really do try and make it good!” Very friendly people. Thanks for the late night snack.
