Waited an hour before finally giving up and leaving. I’ve never had to leave a restaurant before, but waiting over an hour for eggs is ridiculous. Hopefully they get this sorted out. In the meantime, save yourself some time and drive to Newmarket. By the time you drive there, have breakfast, and drive back…you’ll still have a better and more timely experience.

Brought a group of 6 to try the Big Bean in Newmarket. I always told them it’s the best breakfast I’ve ever had in the Seacoast area – and it didn’t disappoint! They all agreed it was one of the best breakfasts they’ve ever had also. An extensive menu to satisfy every taste and consistently excellent!

Like what they’ve done with the old Tavern at River’s Edge in terms of the atmosphere and and layout. Very affordable breakfast and lunch spot in downtown Exeter. Food was good and the portions are very generous! , The service was fast, but also wasn’t very busy for lunch on a Wednesday. Will be back in the future.

It was average at best. Had the lox bagel – everything bagel was average, massive amount of cream cheese, onion slices cut about 1/2 inch wide and a few capers. *this was for a to-go order, so based on food only.
