I ordered through the Mobil app to help make ordering easier. But when I got there to pick it up there was a female working the window. She didn’t say a word to me or my boyfriend and when she handed us our food we almost dropped it because we didn’t fully have ahold of it and she let it go. She then proceeded to shut the window on us. And once we got home I realized that we were missing a whole thing of fries and we didn’t receive any sauce which I had ordered.

When standing at the counter we were ignored. The food was ok: did a great job with the quesadillas were excellent but the ground beef had a funny taste to it. When taken back staff did offer another menu item equivalent in price that did not have the ground beef.

10 minutes to close and I pulled up for 2 soft tacos. I was told they were closed to being short staffed, as there was 2 staff members in the drive through line watching me pull on through. I get you want to close on time but 2 soft tacos you still would have and the sign says 10 or later. This is ridiculous

So I tried to order delivery from this place on both GrubHub and DoorDash and while I don’t know what my GrubHub did because they decided to pretend to deliver it while the Door Dasher said the workers were saying no orders are coming through at all. Food is consistent with an average taco bell and lobby is clean. Usually understaffed. I would not recommend mobile ordering at this location, at least not for lobby pickup. It took 20+ minutes for them to get to my order while people who ordered from kiosk got orders quickly.

I am so very frustrated and irritated with this location, the corporate office and the supposed management team. I have gotten no where with phone calls or voice mail messages so maybe this will get some results. Back in August, my son was taking his lunch break at this location. He was sitting in his car eating said lunch when all of a sudden one half of the Taco Bell sign came down on his car! It is ridiculous that I can’t get ANYONE to do anything to address this issue!

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell in the world. We’ve been 3 times now and have never received any food due to a number of ridiculous reasons. This place should shut down and become something useful for the community. Stay far away and eat at a gas station and save your sanity.

Service is slow. Food taste OK..they NEVER have the new items that are CLEARLY advertised on their board. No one will talk to you at counter. You HAVE to order at kiosk. I as a customer had to help an elderly man order from kiosk as he was about to walk out because he didn’t know how to use it. No one offered to help him except me. That’s just sad. I’ve come before at 11am and they said they couldn’t take my order because no one showed up for work so they had nothing ready….it’s a joke

What a difference a Taco Bell makes! I live close to the Taco Bell on Nissan Boulevard in Smyrna and the food is always cold and sloppily made. I stopped by this Taco Bell on Sam Ridley and was very pleasantly surprised. The Mexican pizza was perfectly made. Hot and fresh ingredients. I will be driving the extra distance to this Taco Bell.
