Bought the 8 piece dark extra crispy bucket with 2 large sides and 4 biscuits. There was no receipt in the bag. Chicken was hard and dry flavorless. Biscuits were small and hard. The large sides were barely full. $30 wasted. Never again.

I came to try the nuggets, it was 11pm. All the lights were on as if the store was open but it was not. I haven’t been to LFC in years, I never knew the closed when they ran out of chicken, I never knew they, ran out of chicken. I was very sad I couldn’t satisfy my late night craving. Someone came to the window, the female was very rude and unprofessional, she kept yelling “we are closed WE BEEN CLOSED. WE BEEN CLOSED” I’m clearly confused, it’s 11pm and all of the signs said they close at 11:30pm. I asked her why is their closing different from what posted, she finally explained that they ran out of chicken at 9.

This is the 4th time that this place is out of certain pieces of chicken. The employees can’t and won’t keep up with serving tacos and chicken. Definitely trying to serve too many items and doing it all poorly. We left with nothing again.

We come here often and usually order a lot (we are a family of 7). In the beginning food was mediocre and employees/management were more than happy to accommodate if something was wrong. Now that this has been a repeat of barely adequate food, I don’t think we’ll be back. They are always out of everything, don’t tell us until after we pay, food is always old and cold, and to top it off they substitute what they want without telling you when they are out of something. In place of a cookie for the fill up box, the stuck a hard dried out biscuit in a box. I wouldn’t have ordered the fill up if this was the case. So this particular night they were out of mild sauce, cookies and chicken pot pies. And whoever made the spicy bowl went overboard with the hot sauce and it was all over the place including other food items. I think I’ll go closer to my house next time to the popeye’s and taco Bell on 40.

I absolutely HATE how lazy and unprofessional these workers were! Walked from across the truck stop to eat CONFIRMING ONLINE that the hours were open…… walked in because the door was OPEN and stood at the register for a good 10 min. Guy at drive thru made eye contact but maybe he was trying to finish order. Seemed like he was alone. UNTIL, girl walks across from restroom to back by drive thru area and most definitely made eye contact but says absolutely nothing……. Time goes by and drive thru guy asked why are we inside? Well maybe because we’re hungry and the door was open? He says,…. Uhm no we’re closed. Girl in the back yells register are closed. Okay well take our at drive thru register and we will leave. They straight up told us no. No wonder fast food workers aren’t taking seriously. Lazy and unprofessional. Have fun at your minimum wage job.

Customer service was HORRIBLE (slow, didn’t speak loud enough, and sneezed in her hand while handling my debit card ). The chicken was so soggy/no breading I tossed it out! Sides were cold!!! I live 5 minutes from this location so they shouldn’t have been cold! This location is getting worse and worse. You guys better step it up before y’all get closed!!!

I waited over 45 min in drive throw and at the window for a 3 piece meal , two potato bowls and a Burrito supreme that cost me $28 dollars just for the bowls to be missing the corn and the chicken was a shredded chicken finger and the three piece chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease and the burrito was so runny you couldn’t even eat it..tried calling to speak with a manager phone just kept ringing busy..worse place ever to get food ,either there always out of something or the food is just disgusting will not be going back there anymore wasted my time and money on garbage..

I usually like KFC but this time the chicken was extremely greasy and salty and the fries were overly seasoned. Service took forever which is understandable when you have a busy night but one worker came out and was holding someone’s baby while there was a line of people and the one guy at the register was running around trying to get everyone’s food ready. It took 10 min for me to get a refill and some ketchup when I was next in line.
