This place has been on our list for a while and were finally in the area to try it. Everything was really, really good. We both got skillets and split an order of pancakes (which were huge, so we took most of them home, but sooooooooo good).

Loved this place. Ambience was amazing and staff was incredibly professional. Ordered a burger, a classic two-egg breakfast, French toast, and a chicken sandwich (the bird). Everything was delicious. There were some small issues with our orders and the staff responded incredibly well – for example having an owner come out and apologize and try (successfully) to make it right. The fact that everything is halal, and there’s no presence of pork nor alcohol products is a HUGE plus. We drove forty minutes for this place on the recommendation of friends and we will certainly do the drive again.

This place was fabulous! Saw a write up in eater and finally made it over. No long wait with full attentive service. That’s had to come by nowadays. The food was phenomenal! Breading on the chicken and waffles was perfect! Not too sweet or too hard. Shrimp and grits were supreme! Great consistently with a touch of rosemary. The blueberry lemon poppy seed pancakes omg! They’re huge and we didn’t think we’d eat them all. We did! Not too sweet, nice a fluffy. Salmon croquettes were also lovely! Not dry at all with a wonderful sauce with a little kick. The food came quickly. Our waitress was attentive. Diverse crowd dining in and outside. Ample parking. We even got to meet the owner! Even our picky eaters and tough critiques loved this one! We’ll be back for sure!

Excellent service, delicious food and beautiful ambience with a great soundtrack. I appreciate that they serve halal meat, making it inclusive to everybody! Highly recommend. Biscuits were warm and delicious, chicken & waffles were yummy and the salmon croquettes were delightful.

Was a beautiful place to come for breakfast highly recommend chicken and waffles. The staff was amazed and helpful everything on the menu looked very high end and delicious love the out side seating but it was even better to sit inside and listen to the beautiful jazz music for me and my family this is a must stop for anyone coming to Detroit thanks again. The restaurant is definitely on the hot side so dress in something cool.

Outstanding service & knowledgable servers. Great atmosphere and inviting decorum. The Lemon pancakes were fantastic. Family loved the strawberry cream cheese waffles, and chicken & waffles. Very filling portions, enough to share. I also really appreciated the Halal menu. Very accommodating. No other coffee houses in the area. Looking forward to the new Cafe addition in July.

Definitely not impressed to come back. Let me tell everything i liked about this place first. Getting a seat was faster and the atmosphere was pleasant and refreshing. Loved the modern open concept look. Live saxophone play was very entertaining. Food was also good.

Tried them for the first time since it’s a 30 minute drive. They have no pork which was the biggest attraction for us. It’s a big restaurant in downtown Auburn Hills. It has a five star feel but with reasonable prices. It has 2 fireplaces with a lot of seating around them. We got an omelette with beef bacon chicken sausage green peppers onions and spinach, seafood omelette with crab and shrimp, and a stack of pancakes. The omelettes were tasty I preferred the beef bacon more then the chicken sausage. The seafood omelette with a little less sauce. The pancakes weren’t good to me. I don’t like thick pancakes…I prefer fluffy and light. Will be back to try other items off the menu.

One of the best brunch places I’ve been to. This is a halal spot so no pork is served. Best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the chicken and waffles! You are able to reserve a table ahead of time on their website.

This is a conflicting review. I am rounding up to 4 stars. The restaurant itself is a bit confusing. The outside of the building has a different restaurant name. The inside feels a bit incomplete since there is a bar and some lounge seating, but where you wait for a table in further away.
