We usually get Tacos…Tortas or Asada Fries 1 time a week minimum ..love their food. They tend to be busy so make sure to take that in consideration…but they do serve rather quickly

The Al pastor torta was fantastic, it was it had some kind of delicious sauce, lettuce cijota cheese and was served with a roasted jalapeno, carmelized onions, and lemon and salsa Verde. It is a cool food truck.

They got some of the best tacos in town. You’ve got to try their burritos as well! This is conveniently located by a parking lot, so you can order up, and wait in your car. They usually announce your number when the food is ready. Usually, there are several guys working, so orders go out faster. Expect long wait times during peak hours.

This was my first go to mexican food truck in Wichita and it is still one of my favorite spots in Wichita because it’s so good! I can’t knock one thing about it, every meal that comes out of this bus is immaculate. I’m a torta kind of man myself and they do a really good job at making it the best torta you’ll ever taste. I wish their salsa was a little thicker instead if watery but it taste great. Please stop by and treat yourself, you wont regret it.

There’s nothing like an authentic food truck in my opinion. And sometimes you get cravings for that unique experience that drive you to parts of town you’ve never been before. The food is worth the journey and if you like grain silos there’s plenty to check out in the area as well.
