This was the first time I ever tried Chipotle and I heard good things about it. So I ordered a burrito online and I didn’t get a burrito,I got a burrito bowl and my brother also ordered a burrito the only difference was that mine had guacamole and he did get a burrito but I didn’t. I did not make a mistake because on the bag it said two burritos and I didn’t even get guacamole on the burrito bowl.

This review is LONG overdue!!!! I call this Chipotle location MY CHIPOTLE!!!! Although I live far away; I literally drive to THIS location because of their AWESOME customer service !! They are always prepared for a massive rush because they plan ahead!!! I’ve been going here for years because I work in the area; but something changed when they got Chris & Freddie as managers !!!! You can feel the difference when a team is “CUSTOMER SERVICE” trained!!!!

The worst serving size, the worst employees. The serving size for the meat is so tiny. Not even the 3oz you expect. And wow they seem to hate their job. One girl assisting me sent one girl to her break. SHES THE MANAGER?? it’s crazy how bad customer service has gone down. But I’m guessing her higher ups make their life difficult.

Chipotle is absolutely disgusting, crunchy rice, chewy meat and never comes hot. Also how on eartg do the chips get stale so fast. Why this is so popular, who knows.

I when in at 9pm tonight, and got some barbacoa. But overall the atmosphere was way to cold the food too. I felt like I was eating ice cream in a freezer. The service wasn’t to bad I kinda felt like I needed to make my choices fast because their were about to close.

I always have issues when I come to this location. I waited over 10 minutes past my pick up time to say something about my order not being on the shelf’s and they had it behind the counter all this time. Not to mention the obvious small portions and sloppy work. Also their customer service is nonexistent. Employees were joking around not paying attention.

Mid way through the bowl I told them never mind and just left. This place is the most stingiest I’ve ever visited. Literally a half scoop of everything. You have to pay double just to get the regular amount that you’d get at other places. It really upsets me how they’re ripping off every person who goes there that doesn’t have the wherewithal to walk out like I did.

Rice was sub-par I ordered 2 burrito bowls and your batch of rice was undercooked, and hard, If you are gonna sell mexican food you gotta at least do the rice right, and while I will give you kudos for the chicken al pastor…..you were skimpy on the portion. Lastly, no one answers the phone when I called.
