It was very busy at drive thru with only two people working. It took 30 minutes to get through however the cashier was fantastic, friendly and did her best. The food came out perfect and I commend her and the cook for how well they did with only 2 people working.

They didn’t even put the sugar on the Cinnabon delights they gave me. I come here all the time and my order has been messed up many times. Most of the time it’s NBD but I really wanted to enjoy these.

All I have to say is HORRIBLE SERVICE and a bunch of kindergarten kids trying to make a lousy Taco. 20 minutes and still no food. It took almost 8 minutes to even be acknowledged at the counter when I walked in. One of the girls who works there said to me that drive thru comes first. What a joke of a pre school restaurant (if you even want to call it that). If this is how you’re going to run a business…just shut the doors and lock ’em. Taco Bell should seriously be ashamed. NEVER AGAIN!!

Got to the drive thru, was told they’d be out of rice for 45 minutes, so I just ordered a quesadilla. It was stone cold, cheese wasn’t even melted and wasn’t even cut into sections. They threw in some cheese and chicken, then folded the tortilla and handed it to me, it seems. Absolute trash

Would like to give more than one stars as I always comes here since its open but today not that great experience. First when we walked in to dine in lights in whole dining area was turned off not sure for what reason. Another customer walked in and asked me same question I told him not sure. We placed order using self order kiosk since no one came to take order even waiting for 5 to 6 minutes. People in kitchen who was making orders was coughing continuously and other guy touching his body parts with gloves on and didn’t changed and continued making orders. We go our food and sat at table to eat. Another two customers walked in and waited for someone to take order but no one came to help so they had to use kiosk. Two more customers walked in and guess what finally lights of dining area was turned on. My question to management why you keep lights off and if you keep lights off please lock doors so people know that dining area is closed today or you just taking drive thur orders. The time was at noon time when lunch hour is busy for restaurants. Such a bad vibes from people working on today’s shift. Not sure if manager was working or not.

Last year they tried to upsell me sour cream. I said no as they barely put any on. They retaliated against me by only putting beef on my burrito supreme (I checked it before leaving the drive through, so I forced them to fix it). Didn’t give this place another chance until yesterday (I didn’t eat here for over a year).

New interior looks amazing. Although located next to local schools, staff and management set expectations for behavior for students who come directly from school letting out. Food is always prepared timely and correctly.
