I counted 6 tables with customers. Place was not even that full. I got there at 11pm. Ordered 2 burgers, a dip and boneless wings. 45 minutes later, my 2 burgers arrived, but 1 of them was not the way I asked. My dip and my wings not even ready yet. I sent back my burger because it was not the way I wanted, and it came back wrong again. Dip and wings not there yet. I wouldn’t mind if place was full and busy, but this was not the case. Please pay attention. If I wanted to wait long time and get my wrong order, I know I can go to McDonald’s for that.

We were there for my granddaughter’s 8th birthday. The food was delicious. We had an amazing waiter named Joe who was above and beyond the ordinary server. He was very attentive and saw to everything we needed for a good time had by all. Thank you Joe for making our little birthday party a good one.

The restaurant was not even packed. It was a party of 8 waited 20 minutes for drinks, + 45 for 1 entree that was wings when we all had the same entree but only one came out..?? Anyways it was an unpleasant experience hopefully they can work on managing a better staff…

This review is for Corbin. He just took my over cooked stake only to bring it back even more cooked. If I said my stake was over cooked. Why would you take the stake all the way to the kitchen only to bring it right back? Terrible experience. Dimitric made my visit a lot better with a Perfect Margarita. Great bartender looks like they have the wrong supervisor in place.

I ordered the ribeye and I wanted a medium well it came out well done. My wife ordered the ribs and they were a little dry but everything else was fine. The service was really good and the manager came out and deducted partial charges on the bill because the ribeye was not done correctly. I think that he went above and beyond the call of duty and I appreciate that very much. Me and my wife will definitely come back. Thank you kindly!

Our waitress TYYANNA took forever bringing everything out, we ordered fries & extra chips and didn’t never get them so we told her to canceled them. No communication at all , our waitress didn’t even have a name tag nor introduced herself but we got her name from our receipt. She acted like she was scared to talk . We were asking her questions and she was just standing there giving us a look. She comes and wants to take some plates off the table and we were handing her plates and she was just standing there staring at us and we said what did she need and she said “I wanted those 6 plates but it’s okay I’ll take these” , which shouldn’t matter because she going to have to come back for all of them anyways. The whole time we were there we were just waiting and waiting. The place wasn’t even packed at all. . I do not recommend this location the customer service was terrible!

I went to applesbee @7:02 for the 2 for $35 meal sat and waited 15+ minutes before I was ever greeted or offered any drink to start us off. After speaking with a manager @ 7:46 , Our server Andrea was supposed to be taking our orders and never submitted it and then disappeared. If I could have given it a 0 star I would do not recommend this location the customer service is terrible.
