This was the first sonic i have ever been to that had indoor seating and maybe that’s for good reason. The inside was kinda dirty. The tables needed to be wiped down and the floor needed to be moped. The bathrooms were surprisingly very nice and clean, compared to the dining area. The workers sometimes were oblivious to the people waiting at the counter

First time we’d ever seen a sonic that had an Indoor eating area. We decided to give it a try instead of driving on to Wichita. Bad choice. When we walked in one of the four menu screens was blank. I told the counter help I couldn’t see any hamburgers. She turned around and saw the blank screen and told me she had 123 and four. Whatever the hell that meant. Then she just stood there. Our only choice was to go back outside and read the menu on the drive up monitors. Needless to say with that kind of pathetic assistance we decided to go on down the road. SMDH

Stopped in on our way through for some breakfast and the girl on the mic was very short with me and unfriendly to say the least. I ordered combo meals and did not get the sides with them, when bringing this to her attention she sighed real loud and said you didn’t tell me you wanted them! So if you say you want them now that is $4.99. Will not be returning here, I don’t understand why people work in customer serving positions when they can’t treat people decent.

So I try really hard not at o leave a review unless it positive but since I paid for my drink but left before I received this seems warranted. The idea of “Fast Food” is not understood at this mis managed location do not stop here if you have any where to be. Not sure how long it takes but after 10 minutes and a drink order I left.

Worst experience. Got the total $6.42 after I ordered. Waited 30 mins in drive thru to get 3 drinks and a Coney dog. At the window the total was $10.42. When I asked about it she said I must have heard wrong. Terrible customer service.

Okay I hear this a lot and have even experienced it… Let me start by saying that many of these issues are not necessarily the staff’s fault.. I have heard and experienced getting the wrong food in an order now this wouldn’t necessarily be that bad right? How ever when you hear it from several people in your area it makes you wonder.. However this isn’t the only reason for the 3 stars, they consistantly take to long to get your food to you. I will say this to in the morning during breakfast the orders are usually correct and are usually fresh, and get to your vehicle faster than in the late afternoon. I give this place a 3 star rating because it definitely needs to be better and management needs to understand a customer comes first and pay attention to what goes to what order to get it correct. Now please keep in mind this is my thoughts on the matter some haven’t had these issues. This is also based off of what others have told me about this.
