Only ordered 1 meal in the drive through. Still had to pull up and wait. Why I had to wait is a mystery as the food was lukewarm. Ordered the brisket sandwich and it was so rubbery I couldn’t eat the whole thing. Arbys used to be the upper tier of fast food but after trying to eat the meal I ordered my only thought was “should have gone to McDonalds”

Order online spent close to 35 dollars and had someone else pick it up. When it got here I was missing the dipping for the French dip and a roast beef and cheddar. I understand that mistakes happen so I call and the night manager wants to tell me she knows better if I was gonna lie I believe I would make it worth my wild.

Ordered a large Jamocha shake and a large curly fry. Paid close to $10 for both of them. Usually nothing bad to say about this location but today was ridiculous. When I got my drink it was in a small cup and the fries were in the appropriate container but it wasn’t even half way full. Not to mention that the fries were cold. I’ve worked in fast food for about 15 years now, and I understand being out of stuff or portion sizes changing. However, if those are the case then it needs to be communicated with the customer. I was charged for both items being large and I barely got mediumish. I don’t think I’ll be going back again. Don’t know what kind of management they have but it really does need to be fixed.

I ordered through the drive thru. Wait time was quick. But when I pulled out and opened a sandwich to eat the meat was barely luckwarm more on the colder side. My German Shepard wouldn’t even eat the bread.

I’m not really sure why this restaurant was closed at the time that I tried to go thru the drive-thru because it was a weekday around 7pm and they aren’t supposed to close until 10 or 11pm during the week. There was 1 car in the parking lot but nobody ever came to the speaker to take my order. It looked like the restaurant was open because it was lit up.

This Arby’s is very convenient to my home and office. The food is always hot and fresh and the service is always fantastic. I have never had anything but positive experiences at this Arby’s. Everyone is so friendly. I always order at the Drive-Thru and Brandon is usually working that position. He has a really great personality and the perfect temperament for working in a busy, fast-paced customer-oriented environment. When he is working in the Drive-Thru, he always greets me by name and remembers my usual food and drink order. Kudos to the Hiring Manager for putting such a great team – management and crew – that works so well together in place. I highly recommend this Arby’s for delicious food and fantastic service!
