Ramen is where it is AT, no longer confined to the big cities, Ramen culture has caught fire around the world, and here at Koi Ramen, we bring you the authentic ramen. A bowl of good ramen starts with its soul, the broth. Our skillful and long cooking process gives the broth excellent depth of flavor and a creamy texture. We changed the traditional pork bone soup base to chicken bone base for the American taste buds. From freshly prepared ingredients to the soup base and then to the final flavored broth, every bowl of broth we make takes 8 hours, with love for each of our customer. The rich flavor of broth, great texture of noodle, topped with tender char siu pork and perfectly seasoned boiled egg, we bring you a fantastic ramen experience.

If you’re looking for a good ramen place in the Cary area, this is the place for you. I had their Tan Tan Ramen and it was flavorful! The broth was delicious and it was filled with pork and other vegetables. We also tried their shrimp dumplings which were good too. The employees had great customer service and it did not take long to be served. I will definitely return again soon.

After not liking their food the first time, I gave them another try after some of my coworkers raved about it. This time around the food was amazing. Their chicken broth base for the ramen is some of the best I have had around this area. As I don’t eat pork, seeing that their chicken broth is also flavorful made me happy. Service at this place could be much better. Would recommend for a casual weeknight dinner tho.

I’ve had ramen all over the United States and this is definitely some of the best anywhere. I’m not 100% certain that the noodles are handmade but they are thinner and I liked them more than some of the super authentic noodles I’ve had. Strong flavors, perfect level of spice and fresh vege. The charred pork is phenomenal.

Been dying to find a good ramen place. I passed this place everyday between work and home and I never thought to try it out until a friend wanted to grab dinner yesterday and let me tell you…. Very EXCELLENT!! Great food, great portion sizes, great environment, great customer service, great timing! Just everything about my time here was beyond my expectations. For the both of us was $40 WITH an appetizer!!! Can’t beat great food with good prices. Will be returning regardless if I dine in or take out. (For first timer I got the R1: rich chicken based broth topped with scallions, bamboo shoots, corn, nori & seasoned boiled egg) would’ve added shrimp if I knew it was going to be this delicious.

Favourite Ramen place around Cary / Morrisville. I really liked their seafood Ramen and the Takoyaki was surprisingly yummy. The kids (and grown-ups) loved the Karage chicken too.

Love this place. Small and personal. Great service and great food. It’s far from home but when I’m in Cary this is my go to Ramen spot.

Koi Ramen is a little ramen shop with decent ambiance and a few tables of seating space. I got the tofu yellow curry ramen, which had the typical yellow curry flavor with hints of turmeric, some fried crisps, various vegetables, and a beautiful marinated ramen egg on top. It was really good ramen: not the greatest in the world but better than your average bowl. The price is great for the quality of the ramen (about $14-$15 before tax and tip). I would definitely go back if I was in the area.

Stopped in here for dinner one night while on a work trip. I love ramen so much and figured I try this spot out. The staff was very nice and super attentive, and checked on me many times during my visit. I got the Black Garlic Ramen and it was phenomenal! Adding the chili crisp they have at the table made it that much better! I finished my meal off with some strawberry mochi and it was also amazing! Will come here again if I’m ever in the area and craving ramen!

Never had Ramen and decided to try here tonight. FANTASTIC! I got the Black Garlic and the regular Miso soup. It was soooo good! Someone in the reviews said it’s like butter and they were correct! I definitely will be back to dine in as the place is small but so cute! The staff is sweet as well! Can’t wait to try something different, or I might just get the same thing because it was that good and they lack the to go order so well. Also tried their sodas! Only thing I didn’t care for were the spring rolls but ehh that’s okay! Please try this gem! #TELLEMGABBBSENTYA
