DO NOT eat from Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. I ordered online so that my food would be ready at pick up due to me working today. When I get there, I noticed they took it out my bank account TWICE. I Informed the manager who proceeded to tell me they never got my order and would not refund me my money that they took out TWICE. Needless to say, I left empty handed. Luckily my bank noticed and were able to return both transactions and stated it would return to my bank account by Monday. The manager running this place is a complete joke. She accused me of lying about placing the order and even told me I didn’t order at the right location after showing her the online order location. Then proceeded to call her husband and explain to him that I was being rude because I wouldn’t let her take a picture of my bank account to send to her husband to show him where both transactions were taken.
