Not pleased with this locations food quality. It was edible but not what we are used to from Rosati’s. Sad since they are so close by. The hot wings were dry – no sauce on them as advertised, no sauce on them at all. The ribs weren’t good either and the cesar salad was missing from the order. The fries were good. The pizza had very little sauce on it too. I tried to call and sat on hold too long. Just not worth it.

As people can see I do a lot of Google reviews and I’m mostly friendly if at least the owners are trying. I live across the street from here and was hopeful that this would be different than the Mundelein location but I ended up driving to jimano’s in Mundelein. Owner could care less about the quality or the service of their location. I don’t need to talk about how bad my experience was but let’s just say I had to drive to jimano’s in Mundelein by Target to get my family pizza for the night because when I showed up there was nothing except for an arrogant owner. I live across the street almost from there but I’m more than happy to drive the extra 3 me to get good quality pizza at jimano’s right by Target. Don’t waste your time going here
