I wasn’t going to put a bad review but after emailing them directly and getting no response I’m mad now. The place was dirty after only being open for 10 minutes. My crispy chicken sandwich was burnt and was told it was normal and won’t remake it.

Fast food restaurant vibes but really slow to get your food. Half the time your party will receive parts of the order at different times, the other half the time you will receive cold fries with scorching hot chicken. All of it will be extremely greasy.

If I could give this place a million stars I would… idk where to start honestly… it was last Saturday afternoon.. line OUT THE DOOR with only 3 people working. The young woman out front was the absolute DEFINITION of what amazing service is. I am dairy and gluten free. I did not realize that the bacon burger came with cheese, so I ordered my bacon, burger, added onion, and extra pickle on a gluten-free bun in my family ordered food as well. When the food was delivered to my table, I realized It had cheese on it. The woman out front was working very quickly and diligently to get other customers everything they needed and I felt very badly asking her to take the cheese off. I had realized when I got back to the front menu, my burger was supposed to come with cheese I apologized to her and said that I am lactose and unfortunately cannot eat cheese, she smiled at me and said no problem at all I’ll get that for you ASAP. While I was waiting for my burger to be remade, I watched this girl taking peoples orders, making milkshakes cleaning tables and helping the kitchen ALL WITH A SMILE and a positive attitude!! Do you know how rare that is?? I was so impressed. I was so impressed with this entire establishment that I called back later to thank them for being amazing.. I was greeted on the phone by another awesomely positive young man who told me that the god send that had been running a marathon that afternoon was named Tiffany and I should leave this review.. I am a hardcore fan of smashburger and although there is a location closer to my home this location has my family’s business for life!! Thank you Tiffany and the two cooks!! Amazing job!!

Nothing to write home about. Food was bland, servings were extra small. We ordered Bacon Avocado Burger and Crispy Chicken both w/ Rosemary fries and fountain sodas. It’s just un-seasoned ground meatsmashed down 1/8th of an inch. My friend was done eating in 3 minutes and literally looking around for more food. Customer service wasn’t energetic or anything. They had just opened 15 before we arrived but floors were sticky, condiments weren’t full and napkins hadn’t been filled. We went to BK afterwards just to get full. Don’t waste your time on this place- fast food chains give more for same price.
