Wow what a wreck didn’t even eat because they just couldn’t get it together. People waiting that got there before us. When there food came out it was wrong missing items. One waitresses was eating behind the counter with her hands then bringing food out without washing her hands! And calling tiles missing showing exposed duct work. Got up and walked out! Fail

1st time eating here in Rome. Chopped steak with mushroom gravy was delish. Salad was a generous serving and tater tots was good. I observed one of the employees went over and beyond to help a disabled person to her car. Advised the manager of how pleased I was and will definitely return to this location.

I’m never going back. I ordered food the night before so I could meet my son at his school for lunch. I had a pickup for 10:15. At 10:45, I still didn’t have my food and asked for a refund. The store manager wasn’t in; refunds had to go through the owner; at 11:30 I gave up and called my credit card company. That’s right–it was easier and quicker to go through an automated system to eventually get a person than have it handled at the restaurant. I was actually still waiting at the restaurant while I did this. And the total wasn’t even a crazy amount…$11.18. Never, ever again

Very clean restaurant with spotless restrooms, very nice efficient staff and very good food. The employees make the place though, they are absolutely amazing. **((1 year later-update))** My family and I just ate here again today and I dint know how but the food was even better this time.The older gentleman cooking the food is an absolute gem and his cooking reminds me of my childhood, eating breakfast that my southern grandmother prepared. I don’t know what he gets paid but pay him more lol. As long as that gentleman is cooking I am eating . The whole staff is amazing, they are the most efficient team I have ever had the pleasure of being served by. Thank you Huddle House and whoever the owner is thank you too for hiring great employees.
