WARNING: THIS REVIEW MAY BE TOO DISTURBING FOR FAST FOOD ENTHUSIASTS!! This is by far the worst fast food experience this year. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger (No mustard) , x2 Double Bacon cheeseburgers, Large Fry and the cherry icee. Well, first off they gave me three cheeseburgers WITH EXTRA mustard. Secondly, there was a piece of foil/braided hair/ unknown stringy substance in one of my cheeseburgers. Lastly, the young lady never gave me a receipt and basically threw the bag at me without thanking me for spending my hard earned. I called customer service immediately to report and they offered me coupons for the inconvenience but It makes me question their hiring process and training methods…. (please see attached photos.)

The person who took my order was nice. She did get my drink wrong but it wasn’t something I disliked so I didn’t complain. She also forgot my straw.My burger was cold and some of my onion rings where soggy. They didn’t put any mustard or ketchup on my burger just Mayo and toppings. So much Mayo. I like Mayo as much as the next white person but not like that.
