We always have a great time at Time and Change. The food is on point and what you would expect from a neighborhood place. Whether we get carry out or dine in, the food is always hot, fresh and delicious.

Was there about 2 weeks ago for dinner with 3 others. After eating I asked for my check, gave the waitress my credit card after briefly looking over check. Only after giving tip and totaling my bill did I notice a mysterious charge at the bottom of my bill. I think it might have been called a convenience fee or something like that for an additional 3 or 4 dollars. To put it easily I will never be back, I don’t like being duped, I’m not paying to support your establishment with anything other than what I am fairly expected to pay. I left a generous tip, which I should have deducted that fee from. To put it simply I won’t be back. You need more money to operate your business raise the prices on your menu, don’t be shady.

We had a private party here and it went wonderfully! The staff here work their tails off to make sure everyone is taken care of. The bartender is such a sweet lady and the cook is working his hardest to make sure the food keeps coming out to the buffet. The prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere was perfect. We were able to decorate and have a photo slide show playing on the tv at my son’s graduation party. I have also eaten here during regular hours several times and have no complaints. The staff smile often and seem to enjoy their work. I know covid was a struggle for all privately owned restaurants. Time and Change survived because this community loves their food and staff. They also have trivia night which is super fun. Please take your family and check out this little piece of Westerville, Time and Change.

They actually have quite a nice and extensive menu. Their prices are reasonable, everyone enjoyed their food, and our server was very good even given the fact that she had multiple tables including a large party. My only criticism is the fries….they weren’t bad, but they weren’t great. I’m thinking the fries might’ve been slightly thawed before going in the fryer which made the texture not so great. They need to be fully frozen if you want to get the crisp outside and tender inside. Other than that everything was excellent!

Not family friendly. We went to dinner (2 adults, 2 toddlers at 6pm) the service was very slow and the servers were no where to be seen. The food took forever and when it finally came out the 14 inch pizza was 10-12 inch with 2-4 inch crust. The taste was decent. Then it took forever to get a box and the check. When we did see the server she complains to us about the toddlers being too loud. Never again for these locals. There is better pizza and service else were. Fine if you want a OSU themed bar.
